Each 8 Week Fit Camp is broken into 8 week sessions. All classes are geared towards getting you in shape and on the path to living a healthy lifestyle. I work with all fitness levels from beginner to athletes. Classes are designed with modifications so that even beginners get a great workout. These hour long classes combine full body strength training with high intensity conditioning to burn fat and build muscle. Classes are fast-​paced, fun and are always different. You will leave class feeling strong and empowered. Veeta D’s Fit Camp mission is to encourage, motivate, and help people of all athletic abilities to become the best they can be, both physically and mentally. During the hour-​long Fit Camp class, clients will get a full-​body workout that will push them to the max. Clients will be challenged to push through obstacles and learn the true meaning of perseverance. History

Established in 2015.

Veeta’s modern approach to fitness, health, and nutrition began in her 13 years of service with the U.S. Army as a Dietitian and trainer to help Soldiers meet the Army’s standards of physical fitness. At numerous duty stations, she helped out-​of-​shape Soldiers lose up to 30 pounds, gain confidence, muscle, and get fit. Through her experience as a Dietitian and trainer for the military in the continental United States and abroad, her passion for healthy lifestyles boomed. She studied Nutrition and Dietetics at Barton County Community College and later transferred to K-State.With years of experience under her belt, Veeta uses drive, determination and knowledge to make a difference in the lives of many. The passion that Veeta has for training, gives her the drive to get RESULTS and dedication from every client that she impacts.
