Specialties

The New Orleans Hotel & Spa’s idiosyncratic, eclectic vision offers a perfect modern alternative to the institutional approach one now finds in even the most high-end boutique design hotels. We are one of the most spirited and charming hotels in Eureka Springs, reflecting a historic heritage and the lively, adventurous spirit of an emerging age.

A great hotel is not just a building, it is an individual, with personality, spirit and authenticity.

History

Established in 1892.

In the gay 1890s, Eureka Springs boasted many fine hotels and bath houses. The town was a very popular spa known as «The Town that Water Built.» The New Orleans Hotel is a lovely survivor of those days.

Today, the New Orleans continues to thrive as a very popular establishment just as it did over one hundred years ago. New owners are overseeing an exciting renovation and restoration of the hotel. Ideally situated in the very heart of downtown Eureka Springs, the hotel offers large comfortable rooms with Jacuzzi tubs, 32″ flat screen TVs with DVD player, wireless internet access, a new sensational spa on the lobby level and convenient parking directly behind the hotel. Remodeling is almost complete in the downstairs restaurant and bar area. Long disused spaces are being developed for retail use. The new stores will face Center Street and offer distinctive and exciting shopping experiences.

Completed in 1892, The New Orleans Hotel was originally called the Wadsworth Hotel. W.S. W
