Jeff Tomlin, the owner and founder since 1988 is primarily focused on business sales and long term care insurance.

Shonna Butler is a full time agent, mostly handling Medicare and individual/​famliy health insurance.

Shari is a full time agent and office administrator. She’s licensed and handles overflow client meetings/​sales when everyone else is full up.

History

Established in 1988.

Fresh out of college with a math degree, of all things, Jeff Tomlin started selling insurance. After a few years he decided that selling to businesses during the daytime would be preferable to selling in people’s homes in the evening.

Things have changed a lot. Now, people don’t really want you coming in their home at all-​they prefer their privacy in most cases. Many times, for non-​business sales we sell via webinar & internet. From our office to your home, we talk on the phone while reviewing the same information on both of our computer screens. This is a low pressure, relaxed way to learn about these far too complicated plans.

But paper is still needed, for the most part, when applying for insurance. The next step will likely be more insurance carriers creating the technology to allow internet selling. It’s already here for some lines of insurance, but not all. We’ll be here to help, both now and the future, either face to face or…

Married 18 years to the ultimate woman, Holly, with 2 extremely cute adopted daughters.

Jeff is somewhat of a homebody. He likes to putt around on his tractor, fix & weld his equipment if necessary, and do woodworking. Sometimes Holly is able to drag him out of the house for vacations, weddings, and funerals.
