Had a great experience. My wife and I were looking for our first trailer. Upgrading from our 23 year old tent trailer. Ken was/​is very helpful and full of knowledge. They worked with on the price and tossed in a bunch of extras.
It was worth our 5 hr drive there from Seattle.

High pressure sales to senior couple resulted in them losing $ 2000. RV Outlet chose to ignore Better Business Bureau complaint and as a result their rating is now a D-.
If you are looking for your retirement home (RV), do not look here. Salesmen are dishonest and truly do not care about the person.
