It was our first time renting a home and Full House Property Management made it a terrific experience. Great communication, very responsive, rapid response times for addressing any issues, very personable and professional, and they went above and beyond in many instances to help us. It is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

I hired Full House Property Management this summer as I am now in Southern California and the «DIY» approach to managing my rental property wasn’t quite feasible.
Aaron did an awesome job getting the house marketed right away, finding great tenants, and helping us through a former tenant situation that was a little difficult (as a result of mistakes we made doing it on our own!). He even split some of the cleaning costs with us which was a really pleasant surprise — especially since it was completely our fault. It was amazing to know that there are still good honest companies these days that really care about their clients.
I am so happy we finally made the decision to hire these guys, I just wish I had done it sooner!

Awesome company. I’ve done a lot of work for them and they always seem to be very organized and upfront. They are tough about the quality of the work, but they expect everyone to be professional.
They are on top of their maintenance requests all day and night. I would totally rent from them

I have to preface my review with saying that I do not rent from Full House. My review is based solely on my experience in looking for a rental home in the Eugene area for my mother who sold her home and relocated to Oregon from the east coast to be closer to my family.
I called Full House to inquire about a rental property they had listed on their website. Unfortunately, the home had just been rented that day and was removed within minutes of my first seeing the post. However, Aaron and Scott were quick to recommend other properties they thought might fit what I was looking for. Including sharing with me a property they had recently acquired but had not yet posted. Both gentlemen took my name and number and said they would be in touch once they had more information. From that point forward, I worked only with Aaron. He called and left messages for me when properties were posted that he thought might meet my needs. He consistently followed up with me. I cannot say enough nice things about their customer service. I would absolutely recommend Full House Property Management based on my experience with them. When I move to Eugene in a couple of months, they are the first company I’ll call to find a rental home.

Full House has lovely properties available with good management and some with pets allowed! It is way harder than it should be to find a great spot with a furry friend, but full house saved the day for me! I loved the autopay option on their website. I was sad to move on!
