Maret Thatcher Smith graduated magna cum laude from University of Oregon with a BA in psychology. She was on the Dean’s List at BYU Law School where she focused on estate planning, wills, trusts, tax, non-​profits, and business law. Her research included estate valuation discounts using Nevada family LLPs, and tax of non-​profit and religious organizations. Prior to law, Maret worked in Construction.
