Amanda J from Springfield is right. This dealership needs to think about where they’re going. I’ve been doing business with them for several years and Lou and Anthony are terrific. However, their service department is their Achilles Heel. Bob, the manager, is the rudest service person I’ve ever come across. He is condescending and nasty and he isn’t very truthful when it comes to giving advice on what your car needs. I had an issue with a leaky oil pan plug and he told me it would be $ 650 since you can’t re-​tap these aluminum pans. However, D and D Engine Rebuilders fixed it for FREE by… yes, you guessed it… re-​tapping the oil pan plug. Another time he told me that I needed to replace my gas intact tube since I was having problems pumping gas in the car (the pump would constantly stop). This was going to cost $ 400. Joe’s Garage fixed it for $ 50.00 by simply blowing out the line that runs parallel to the in-​tact tube which regulates pressure so it’ll shut off the pump before it overflows. I could have spent $ 1000 on items I got fixed for $ 50.00. TODAY it took them 1 ½ hours to put a tire on our car because they had trouble «putting the spare back under the car». Real professional. He told my wife if we wanted better service, maybe we should go to the BMW dealership (she has a Mini).
I told Anthony that I would not come back strictly because of Bob, their service manager. He’s a real tool-​bag! Until they change the way they’re doing business, I’d stay away!!!

The service dept. office manager or whatever the heck he is, he’s very rude I’ve come 3 times and he’s always been rude to me. I had a recall part and I kept checking up on it and he would give me attitude and never called me back so I went it demanded a part and how convenient they had it when I showed up.
Also the ladies with the van-​car rental just talk away and were talking about abortion which made me extremely uncomfortable. Very unprofessional.
This is a small «dealership» & they never have parts for my car which is a newer Mitsubishi Lancer. All in all I will not be back.

Len and Anthony are great. I had been looking for a car for a while, and finally found the one of my dreams here. They were so easy to work with and worked with my budget. No games, no stress, none of the things you fear when buying from a dealership. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for my new car! I love it.
