Quiet location near Rocky Mountain National Park and the village of Estes Park, with great fishing on the property and beautiful aspen and pines covering the 5 acres.

We specialize in whimsical rooms and cabins that blend with nature and put a smile on your face. Each unique place has so many personal touches, to make your stay even more enjoyable. You will be surprised and delighted each time you visit, as the scenery changes constantly. And always for the better. You may want to watch wildlife, fish, laze in a hammock, get massages, do picnic lunches, or treat your spouse to a surprise birthday/​anniversary or other occasion. We do lots of small and medium size weddings and elopements here on the grounds by the river. Come join us and see the magic. We are pet friendly.

History

Established in 1929.

Built in the 20’s our little resort has been serving the travelers to Rocky Mountain National Park for over 80 years. We have spent the last 20 years devoting our lives to making our guests happy and comfortable, and we love our jobs! We think this is paradise and are fortunate to be a part of Dripping Springs Resort for so long.

Business Owner

Family owned Dripping Springs for over 20 years and have seen it grow from a little roadside «old Colorado» style lodging place to a more comfortable and hospitable retreat for our guests. As the years progress, we have grown together, the property and ourselves. We have learned many lessons from our guests and our many friends who have been a part of the makings of this beautiful and natural space. We would love to share it with you. Come relax in your private hot tub, fish our world class trout stream, and enjoy «Old Colorado» style hospitality.
