Specialties
Antonio’s specializes in Real New York Pizza– round and Sicilian made just the way it is back East. The kicker? We have a real wood-fired oven that cooks at 700 degrees plus so your pizza is done quickly with a taste that is unparalleled. We use only select hardwoods in the oven resulting in a subtle, yet distinctive taste. It’s out of this world. All of our dough and sauce is made in-house, daily! You will not find fresher ingredients anywhere!
In addition to pizza, we have heroes, calzones and in short order– pasta with my mom’s meatballs.
History
Established in 2014.
After driving to the far ends of Colorado and into Wyoming since 2006, we couldn’t find a true NY pizza. There was «NY style» all over the place and this varied greatly. Walk into a place and say «I’ll take a Sicilian pie half meatball» and you are met with a blank stare. Or, walk into a pizzeria and say «I’ll have a meatball parmigiana hero» and have them ask «would you like lettuce and tomato on that?» and you begin to lose your mind. We started small like most places with a single, small oven that couldn’t even fit a pizza stone or a proper sized pan. We’ve had people say «I’ve been here a week and this is the best food I’ve tasted». Mind you, this was in a drive-thru coffee shop at the time! You only need to hear that so many times before stepping up and taking the shot. Well here it is.
There is no substitute for taste. When it matters, come to Antonio’s!
Meet the Business Owner
Anthony D.
Business Owner
Spent 38 years in NY before moving to Colorado– predominantly on Long Island. My great grandfather Frank Scerbo came to America in 1906, eventually settling in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. The Italian food we enjoyed in that house is unparalleled. Those tastes were instilled and there is no substitute. We are bringing them to you in Estes Park today. Food passions include pizza, coffee and bagels.
