have been taking coco to dipidy dawg for a few years now but I do not think I will be returning. they seem to have a high turnover rate of groomers. Every time we get a decent groomer the next time they are no longer working there. We like our dog to have a short hair cut and I am little picky with how she is groomed. today when I went to pick up coco I requested her tail to a bit shorter and her head to be a bit shorter. I kept sending her back until I was happy. I do not think the woman in the front appreciated that. then they suddenly raised their price $ 5 and I did not know. last time I paid $ 5 less and was not really happy with that. I was then told that because of me taking so long to pay I lost a customer for them who was waiting. I did not appreciate the way I was treated today and will have to find another groomer in the area. I really think $ 55 for a small dog grooming is a bit obnoxious anyway. no longer happy unfortunately.

Our family pet loves going to see his DipidyDawg friends at the spa. The staff is friendly and I feel safe leaving Hemingway at the spa when I go shopping at the Coconut Point Mall. Love this place its a favorite!

Dipidy Dawg is a very nice place. They have a great all natural dog bakery, and a large variety of treats and natural dog food. I have taken my puppy to get groomed by Trish three times, the first time they did a great job. The second time, they did an even better job. I loved the cut and Cali was super soft and smelled so good. The third time I took her there will be my last. I went into the store to schedule Cali for her grooming appointment. I asked the girl at the front if I could come in on a certain day and a time in the evening since I work every day till 4:30. She told me no to bringing her in at a time and said sorry and didn’t even try to get me in for another day where I could come in the evening. I went online to the website, and scheduled the appointment at the time and day I wanted, that was available on their online booking system. I got an email confirming the appointment. The day before my appointment I received an email confirming my appointment, but at a time 2 hours earlier than what I had scheduled… with no call. I got off work early to bring her in. When I went in to pick her up, the lady at the front said, «you should really consider giving your dog anxiety medication because she wouldn’t stop screaming and it was disturbing the groomer and the other dogs and we even got calls next door complaining about your dog». Now, my dog is a shihpoo and about a year and a half old. So on average she gets groomed once a month, so in total Cali has probably gotten groomed 10 times at least. I have never once had an issue with Cali getting groomed, and I truly think the groomer’s and the front desk girl’s bad energy was what made Cali feel uncomfortable there. I didn’t appreciate the way the front desk approached me with this issue or how it was said. I have found a new place for Cali, with actual pleasant and honest people. Although Dipidy Dawg is convenient, it is worth the distance to take her somewhere else.

I hadn’t been to the newest location and it’s been a long time since I’ve been in but I stopped in for a quick treat for my pup’s birthday. Immediately upon entering I was hit with the sweet scent of cinnamon and peanut butter. It smelt good enough to eat!
The shop is a great size and everyone was so nice and friendly. I can’t speak for the grooming but the shop had a good selection of brands and were a little over priced but it’s a specialty dog shop, so that’s to be expected. Great selection of freshly baked dog treats in a great display.
I will be back and my pup loved his treat to boot!

We brought out terrier here. Cut was awful. :(. He looks ridiculous. Very disappointed.

What a cute shop. And for $ 8/​hour, you can leave your doggie with the store’s staff behind the check out counter, and tool around Coconut Point Mall for a while without pooping out your pup.
Charise, the Baker, is a creative wizard and knows just what kind of dog biscuits her customers like. Peanut butter, and honey versions of gluten free biscuits, made in many clever shapes, line the display cases. You can buy a single treat, or a whole bag.
O, we do love our dawgs.

I made an appointment on line and messed up my requested service. I was accommodated anyway. I was nervous about leaving my baby for the first time but when I picked her up she was completely fine. Georgina obviously treated her like one of her own. Georgina also groomed my pup to perfection (I didn’t think she could get any cuter). Amazing first experience. They earned my patronage. *****

We have been bringing our Australian Shepherd to DipidyDawg for about 5 months now and we’re very pleased with the grooming he has received. The staff is always very attentive and through with him and he always comes home looking and smelling fantastic! The grooming rates are very fair especially being as he’s an 80 lb dog. The only change I would request is to supply some durable, large breed chewing bones. I feel like most of the add on items in the store are geared towards small breeds.

I love this place, they groomed all four of my babies at a very reasonable price. I have three Brussels and a Teddy Bear who is female. All the Brussels Griffons are males.
The dog cookies smell good enought o eat. It is very accessable-​they let you park in front of store to drop off, pick up and buy food.
The groomer Kristine was a delight. She had her hands full with all my pups and listened to my every word on how I wanted them to be groomed.
Vallerie is also very helpful as are the two young girls that talked with me while they put the finishing touches on my little one.

cute place for the dog lover. mostly targeted towards smaller breeds dipidy dawg has everything from dog collars, shoes, grooming tools, treats and furniture. they are fully equipped for grooming your furry friend and will also petsit him/​her while you shop. their dog treat bakery is adorable and even delivers to your home. the only minus is that it’s a bit overpriced.

Have specialty foods and bakery.
Wish the staff was a little friendlier. Prices are higher than what I am use to but it is to be expected at a Boutique as this.
