Unfortunately, this store is the only one near where we live that is able to do some of the work we needed done(tried Albuquerque store first). They are some of the most incompetent salespeople and team I have ever had the displeasure of having to interact with. I ordered a set of blinds and it took over two weeks for the guy to come measure(they said 3 days), then the salesperson I was dealing with would never email me back, despite repeated phone calls on my part. The second sales person was unable to simply send me an email with my estimate and receipt, or charge me. She also misinformed me about the process. I finally began dealing directly with the install office, who also were supposed to send me a contract and a receipt(as I’m currently out of state). They never did, and they then overcharged my credit card by 500 dollars. When I called in to deal with it, the customer service person literally said«I don’t know what to tell you.» and never even offered to try to look up my account or help me in ANY way. Avoid these people at all costs. Oh, and also another time when I went in there, a salesperson groped me in the aisle when I was asking him to help me look for something. Awful, terrible place.

I bought a gas grill from this store. It came off the shelf since they were out of stock. I discovered that the regulator connection was missing. At the service desk a representative said that the grill came«as is» since it was purchased off the shelf. First time I ever heard of this! The original sales rep said nothing about this risk. The custormer service staff person was borderline rude and made no effort to help me. So BEWARE of «off the shelf» purchases, they are at your risk and Lowes disavows any responsibility. Customer Service was a misnomer as she seemed unaware that«service» was part of her job title.

Worst customer service! If you want to be ignored come to this store. I try to buy some carpet but I couldn’t get anybody to help me, after waiting for over 20 min a lady came to help me but she didn’t know anything about carpets or what they had in stock finally the person in charge of the carpet department came and told the carpet that I wanted was in stock but it would be better if I came back the next day because there was no way they could get it out from storage.(I had drove from Taos just to buy that carpet) the next day I call to make sure they would have the carpet ready for pick up.(I’m driving again from Taos) The same sales person tell me that she’s going on her lunch break, she can’t help me and hang up. I call back and told her I needed to talk to her manager, she hang up again. I finally got to talk to the manager but he didn’t care. I figured they don’t want my business.
