Normally I don’t bother reviewing fast food places unless the experience was exceptionally bad, but I felt compelled in this case.
If I’m buying from Wendy’s, I usually head to the one on El Norte, since it is closest to me. However, my experience there has generally been poor. Last time I went, for example, the spicy chicken sandwich was completely dry, the fries tasted awful, and the person taking my order was so minimally competent I couldn’t figure out if they even understood what I was saying.
This Wendy’s has been a consistently good experience. The food is ready fast, as you’d expect, and my order has always been right. The staff is friendly and can derive meaning from words, and no there were food quality issues here.
If you have a choice between the two, definitely favor this one.

I really do like the food here, the service is sorta low key, I like that too, in reading some of the other reviews I think this is a case of some one happy needs to do a review, not just the hard to please nut cases! I eat here sometime twice a week, people are pleasant and the food is much better than the other giant burger places, I hope they stay open for years to come.

Not that I expect much from Wendy’s…but this is the least customer service oriented fast food place I’ve ever been to. I’ve come here often due to location.
1. They NEVER greet.
2. They NEVER smile.
3. They NEVER say thank you or have a nice day.
4. They rarely give a receipt.
5. They rarely tell you your total.
6. They rarely give the amount of sauce you request.
7. They NEVER apologize if they get something wrong.
The only good thing is that they ususlly (but not always) have gotten my order correct.
It’s really annoying. Last time I go here. I really hope they tear this location down and replace it with something useful/​positive.

I’m a fan of places that don’t have long lines or crazy children climbing over things while eating lol!
This location suits me well.
It’s easy to get in and out of and never too busy.
The prices are decent and so is the food.
I enjoy their chili once in a while as well as their spicy chicken sandwiches… Mmmmm
Currently I’m a fan of their FruiTeas… Refreshing and just enough sweetness!

This is the worst service that I have ever received. The manager had us practically spell out our order to him, then when we got to the window every employee looked as if they where messing with our food. And laughing as they where handing it over. I would give 0 stars if I could. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life at a place. So we just left without our food and did not pay.

I always feel like Wendy’s is a more expensive fast food place, but I gotta say that the portions are much larger than most. Fries were a little limp on this first trip, but still a good potato.
I got the spicy chicken and it seems like real chicken, not like a McMachine made. They messed up my order at the drive thru and I had to go in. Ordered iced tea and they have me coke. Diabetic death right there. They skipped me ahead of the line to help me. Bonus and a score.

We got here when It was busy, the manager opened up a new register & help us right away. he was so friendly & they got our food fast. The thing the made me happy was not only the yummy strawberry salad But the actually costumer service. One of the friendly employees walked around the tables checking on us & offering a refill, I didnt need It. But thats was a plus. No fast food restaurant does that! So i was really happy with that & with the friendly services.

Came here once, went through the drive-​thru and the girl was giggling so much, she could barely say «Welcome! May I take your order?» Then, curious, we asked her when we pulled up, «What was funny earlier?»
«I don’t remember»
Well thank God she remembered our order. Not saying you can’t laugh at work, but compose yourself, gurl!
I only came here to get my father-​in-​law something to eat.

It’s a Friday and for whatever reason, I am super exhausted (Fridays do that to me). In order to curb some of the exhaustion, I thought I would stop by Wendy’s and load up on a lot of carbs and a little bit of protein and that’s what it turned out to be… a lot of carbs.
I am going to up my previous review a star because the service was very efficient and extremely quick. The rub here is the fact that it still the fact that the inside smell like grease.
It would be my recommendation to anyone to use the drive through instead of actually walking into this place because you will leave smelling as though you got tossed into their fryer.

Alright… we all know what Wendy’s is all about. This location is OK, usually. The food comes out decent most of the time. They are very spotty on special orders, and communication in English is often very difficult. We go there on occasion, since they are nearby. But we’re more likely to travel the extra distance to get better burgers or more consistent food and order accuracy.
