Convenient location just off the 15 freeway and Valley Pkwy.
We needed something to eat on the road while not being messy — nuggets, fries, & coke did the job just fine.
We had no complaints during our drive-​thru visit.

Went thru the drive thru for my siblings. Put my order in and pull up to the window… hand her my credit card.

Came in at 9 to order dinner after Chuck E Cheese and we found all the chairs on the tables and employees getting ready to close. We actually walked out of the door to check to make sure we didn’t come right at closing. It closes at 11PM tonight. We ordered and wanted some apple pies, but they said they will not make anymore since they’re going to close soon. Very unprofessional.

ordered a chicken sandwich (no lettuce) & a kids happy meal (drive-​thru). I drove to Ted Williams parkway, when I decided to eat the chicken sandwich I purchased from your store. once I peeled back the wrapper and took a bite of the chicken sandwhich… I went to take my second bite & It literally felt like I tried to bite into a rock… I began to touch the sandwhich. I mean thee bread on almost half of the sandwhich I was served was rock hard. i spit out the bite i I turned around… heading back to your store where i purchased this sandwhich. as i was driving back i felt a horrible pain. looked in my mirror and noticed my front right tooth had been chipped. I looked through thee bite I had spit into a napkin and saw a piece of my tooth. I got back to your store. asked for a manager. Lorena came to the window. I handed her the sandwhich and asked her does she see anything wrong with serving anyone this sandwhich. she first told me I didn’t get it from her store. I handed her a receipt proving I did. she felt and looked at thee sandwhich. not seeing any issue. I told her to feel thee whole sandwhich. she asked me what is thee problem. I pointed out the obvious issue and explained to her and showed her how thee rock hard sandwhich I was served chipped my tooth. I asked who made my food. she said she can’t answer that. then asked me what would I like her to do about it. the way I was treated once I returned thee second time & spoke with thee assistant manager and informed her of my issues and concerns, was not acceptable. my front tooth is chipped. it hurts everytime air hits it and if anything touches it. jaunita thee store manager has been so rude. has been blowing me off for 3 weeks now. I have horrible tooth pain and headaches… and mcdonalds refuses to do more than give me the run around. going to report this to the San Diego department of public health.

Just stopped by this McDonald’s location tried to order a big mac combo and instead of the soda I wanted an oreo mc flurry. I understand the price difference between a soda and a mc flurry and was willing to pay the difference. These challenged individuals could not understand this concept and I was unable to get what I wanted. The worst McDonald’s in North county. Two thumbs way down.

This must be a training center. We go there on Sunday mornings for the breakfast sandwiches. Every week it seems to be an issue with the simple order. Recently I had to drive all the way back to exchange my order for a correct one only to be met by the rude manager who blamed me and never apologized when he handed me the new order! We order the same thing every week and it’s never the same price either. By the way, we always walk in because drive thru’s are usually worse. There is a reason they are hidden without the golden arches. I will never go back here.

Ya. They suck. 1) didn’t get my order right 2) took my money and gave food without a single word to us 3) 15mim to get a mcdouble, small fries, and a drink.

Worst McDonald’s ever. They’ll sit there and talk crap about you in spanish with co workers as if you don’t hear or understand them. Hello! I’m not an idiot, I do understand you. Fortunately, I know the owner and he’ll be getting a phone call from me. Very unprofessional.

My son is collecting the batman toys that McDonald’s has been advising. So we ordered a happy meal my son even told the lady he was hoping to get the batman this time. We paid waited for our order. We opened the happy meal to see a pony cup… So I went to the counter and said that it was for a boy. They said they aren’t giving away batman toys any longer. Ok. However they have the batman toys displayed in the dining room! We were very disappointed.

I swung by this McD’s because I was craving some french fries. This McDs is conveniently located right off the freeway so it was perfect in route to my house. I ordered the grilled premium chicken sandwich with no bun and a large fries to share. My total ended up being almost $ 10. The lady on the speaker asked if I wanted a meal, and kindly declined.
As I drove up to the window, the lady mentioned that a few cents more I can get a drink with the meal. I declined again and mentioned that I had a comped chicken sandwich (which was almost $ 6). It was nice for the lady to mention the meal deal, as most don’t even care.
The next window is where you pick up your order and the lady was pleasant and asked if I needed any condiments. It’s nice to come to a McDs where they are friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich was dry and tough. My fries were lukewarm as if they’ve been sitting out. I kinda felt jipped on the fries since my large sized fries were not full.

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The food is good. As good as McDonald’s will get. But their customer service is amazing. Never has my order been wrong, never has any employee been less than very nice to me. High fives to all employees and managers keep up the great work. I have been coming to you guys for the last 10 years. Keep up the good work !

I work in the same shopping center as this McDonald’s location so it’s convenient for lunch breaks. However, I hate going in. Without fail every time the customer service is terrible, employees mumble, never seem to know what exactly they are doing, get orders wrong, forget something from my order, you could be standing there waiting to order forever before you’re acknowledged or even given eye contact. I’ve even had to wait 15 mins in the drive thru «reserved» spot for one drink!
My advice is for the employees; keep your head up, put a smile on, say hiiiii to your customers maybe and listen intently. Then you might get something done right.

Came back to give this place another shot. Fucking mistake. The people who take your order mumble and dont know how to clearly get your order across. After several failed attempts at pushing the right button on the POS system they STILL couldnt make the drink right. I asked them politely to remake. I got attitude and an even worse drink the eecond time around. DO NOT order an iced caramel mocha from here. The employees will fucking blow up. Worst customer service, worst trained employees, just the WORST in general. Heed my warning and avoid this particular mcdonalds at any cost. The one on Mission Ave is 100 times better than this one.

Yet again I stumble into this McDonald’s because I was hungry and thirsty… You can’t beat all the signs for any sized soda for a buck! It must be only me cause I’m the only sucker paying for soda. Everyone walks in fills up a cup and dashes out like a ninja… Where did all the ethical people go? Obviously not here. Also, with the new breakfast menu being available all day, it has definitely slowed things down and it’s very evident. I for one have always wanted this to happen as it always made sense but now that I’m waiting in a long line, I understand the hesitation by head honchos to postpone it.
I’ll be back again for sure but not for a while or at least until this place can find out how to get things done faster and more efficiently. Here’s my evidence of the ninjas.

TOO BAD THERE’S NO ZERO STARS. That’s probably why there are sooooooo many one stars. Rude, rude, rude staff after 11 on Saturday nights! Sooooo, how many times do you have to complain about rock hard around the edges, soggy in the middle, over cooked filet of fish sandwiches? 4 days ago we got a hard sandwich and just ate the good part in the middle and threw the rest away. We got a different one that we returned because it was inedible and got a refund. We thought it was a fluke. Days later we tried again and once again it was horribly overcooked or microwaved. When it happened AGAIN, I asked for a FRESH one and the employee, ALEX, took the hard one from me with no eye contact or comment. She might as well have rolled her eyes at me. After almost 10 minutes we still didn’t have the sandwich. Cars drove around us as we waited and a manager wearing black appeared. Since it had been 15 minutes by now I said I wanted my money back. She was completely ineffectual. At that time I heard ALEX say to cancel the fish sandwich. What stage of the process were we when she said to cancel the order after over 18 minutes! Anyways, I brought up my concerns about ALEX’S rudeness and she said that it was not likely that ALEX was being rude. I feel differently and I will be driving farther to go to any McDonald’s in the future.

I work right across the street and this is the closest McDonald’s and by far the worst service. Literally every time I go here they forget something in my bag or something is completely messed up so I have to come back either thru the drive thru or park my car and go inside to get my order fixed. Today I go thru and order 2 sausage burritos and a caramel iced coffee and I specifically asked for salsa because they forgot it last time and what do you know, they forget it again and made me the worst iced coffee I’ve ever had at McDonald’s (and I get iced coffee from mcdonalds almost every morning) so I know what it should taste like. Now I used to work at McDonald’s a long time ago and I never try to be «that guy» because I too was in their shoes once but I mean how can you mess up so many times? I’m not a picky eater nor am I person who complains about fast food but this coffee was bad and what I don’t understand is how it was worse the second time the lady at the counter made it for me. Highly dissatisfied with this McDonald’s. I will be driving 2 miles down the road for a McDonald’s that actually cares about the product and customer service they provide. No wonder they have 2 stars!

Hands down worst McDonald’s in USA. Why open 24 hrs drive thru! If your only taking cash, no apple pies, no peaches and cream. On top of it they very rude about it!

Had to wait in the drive thru for 15 mins for a coffee and mcchicken?!? Wth. There were 2 cars in front of me and probably more than 3 behind me. I ordered which took about a min, waited for 15 min for a car to move, wasn’t even close to paying at the first window, so once I got enough room to leave I left, I was not going to give them money, not now and not ever again. Good job mcdonalds, way to continue your reputation of terrible food and even more terrible service. Also the night manager, looks Hispanic and wears black, has one of the most rude attitudes in the world, I will make a complain to the higher owners and makes sure she is gone! Will definitely not be coming back here anymore and neither should you guys! TERRIBLE!

McDonald’s is a piece of shit place dude. Don’t go. The food is disgusting. Unless you’re eating a sausage mcgriddle those are pretty sick.
One time I had an eggnog milkshake from there and I love eggnog, but that shit tasted like the numbing stuff at a dentist office.
