I love to shop local and family-​owned whenever I can and Totally Thomas did not disappoint me on my last trip in. The customer service is sincere and attentive — Christina really helped me out and spent time learning about me, my daughter and what I was looking for. I came in for something unspecific and she helped me find the perfect gift. I secretly compared prices online and Totally Thomas’ prices were dead on with Amazon. So you are getting a personal experience but not overpaying for the «boutique» vibe. I honestly loved this sweet little store and am sorry I hadn’t been in sooner. Their variety of products is amazing and I just loved being in there! Thank you, Totally Thomas and Christina for providing such a memorable experience! I honestly love it when customer service is above average and super sincere — you just don’t find that anymore. Keep it up, please! It means a lot!

They have a great selection of toys, educational toys and a frequent buyer program. They can order in items that they don’t have if it’s on their website. Their sales people are very helpful. They always bring in more for the holidays so you can shop and find something unique. Would love to see sensory/​therapy toys like fidgit toys and Crazy Aaron’s silly putty in the future.

The most awesome store ever! I was heading to Target but found this gem… Highly recommend. There is something here for every age, plus tons of Thomas the Train items. Lots of learning toys and games as well… The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. I will come here every time I need a gift for a child. So happy I found this place. Makes shopping for a child a no brainier and they gift wrap for free!

Purchased a $ 36 kendama for my sons birthday, opened up the box and it wasn’t put together very well and almost looked used. Tried to just trade it in and was told this store does not warrenty anything they sell. They told me it was because the manufacture will not take returns, however I contacted the manufacture and found out that was not true. So buy at your own risk. Anything wrong with it and they accept no responsibilty. Very dissapointing.

The store name is deceiving. We walked by this place a million times thinking it was all Thomas the Train toys.
We were looking for Kendamas and did a google search and found out this store carries them. Say what? So we went to check it out.
This place is like Kendama central! They have mini, regular, and jumbo Kendamas in different brands (Sweets, Tribute, and Kendama USA) as well as Kendama trick books and extra strings and gadgets. We definitely had a great selection to choose from here.
I wandered the store and noticed they had lots of fun different toys. They had a birthday card rack as well. I didn’t see gift wrap or gift bags and that would have been handy for sure. But there is a Target in the mall so we just bought a gift bag there.
The employees were friendly and helpful. They even told us about a special Kendama event they were having the next day (the Sweets developers were going to be at the store). Prices seemed to be in line with other stores (not overpriced).

Great selection of various toys, not just Thomas the Train engines. Though this place definitely has the largest selection I’ve seen of Thomas & Friends anywhere! My nephew LOVES Thomas & Friends and is always excited to go in the toy store when we’re here in north county mall. He can stay here for hours!!! He goes straight to the play station in the back, even though he has had own huge play set at home. Great place to take the kids and to buy presents!

I love going here to jam kendama. Just to clear everything up, they don’t take returns when the seal is open on a kendama to make sure everyone has a brand new kendama.

Jill and Christina are awesome and even wanted to watch my son do his tricks on his Kendama!

This store is awesome. My daughter is really into Thomas trains and going here is a real adventure for her. They have a very good selection of Thomas Wooden Railway items (engines, destinations, and playsets). IMHO their Wooden Railway selection is superior to even ToysRus. Totally Thomas also has 3 wooden railway train tables for kids to play with at the back of the store. It is worth noting that Totally Thomas carries other fun toys in addition to the Thomas, Chuggington, and Brio train brands.
The atmosphere at the mall is much improved since Westfield spent allot of money on exterior renovations and aesthetic upgrades.

I’d have to say that this is one of the most unique toy stores I’ve been to. It’s not your ordinary toy store at all. They sell a lot of modern and also old fashioned toys that you will not find at a Toys R Us. Not only do they have a great selection of Thomas the tank engine products, but they have a lot of great educational toys, games, and products for kids of all ages. Be sure to check out this gem in the North County Escondido Westfield shopping center. I was helped by Loisel and she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with all of my questions. Great store with great customer service and products!
