I had a bad experience trying to get my tires changed. I really appreciate the fact that Dennis the manager gave me a call to resolve the issue! He made sure he gave me a great deal due to my passed experience. Gladly appreciate it Dennis!

Bought Falken tires which have a waranty of 65k, worn out at 25K all even wear.
Evans does not have this brand anymore. Won’t tell me what my prorate is, wants to
«work with me» on another purchase. These people won’t put your mileaage warranty on your receipt unless you insist on it. You figure that. Go buy at Tire Rack ‚
Walmart, or Costco for all the time straight talk. I bought three sets of tires from them and you would think they would value me. Their Corporate office didn’t respond to my problem. Went to one store, called another, called tire sales, contacted their corporate office. Just evasive talk and slick solutions for me. Business must be bad for Evans and I can see why. And they severely overtighten lug nuts as they are too big of a hurry to hand torque them correctly.

Let’s me just say that I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with any other repair shop like I did today at Evans tire! They got me in, explained to me exactly. what was to be done and what I needed, and got me out in a timely manner. Michael was the best!

This place is absolutely awful. I brought my car there because they beat discount tires price out the door by $ 15. I wanted new tires put on my BMW M3 and that was it. Two and half hours later, they call me saying that I need an alignment when I just had the car aligned a week prior and also said my rotors and pads were «dangerous.» I don’t think they knew they were dealing with a highly educated auto enthusiastic like myself and with the brakes, the rotors had less than 1000 miles and same with pads. I had a pad light on when I left when it wasn’t on before I got there. Place is shady, don’t go there.

I went back to this location and I had another tire fixed in less than thirty minutes. The guys in the shop were very friendly and I couldn’t ask for better customer service. The patch job was free, so that was great too. I have to say, they have gotten better about things each time I’ve come by so I appreciate that.
I’m pulling for them to do well as they genuinely seem to care about the business.
For a quick fix, give this location a try.

The call center that answered my call was fantastic. The service was ok at the shop. He only had one tech on duty with lots of work. I had brakes alignment tires done. Took way more time than need I gave it the star rating because of level of service and instant rebates the lady gave me. Next time I come the review will be updated. I would cal the corporate number and ask for instant rebates saved over 100 bucks. Ciao for now

Another flat tire??? This time the rubber just needed a quick patchup. Thank goodness.
A different gentleman greeted me, whose name I did not have enough time to notice on account of how quickly I was in it out.
I love the good olé in-​out in customer service. ;)
