Ken’s shop has done a good job fixing up cars for my mom and myself. He provides quick service and will tell you upfront what the real problems are so you know what needs to get done. Jim has been a welcome addition to the shop and they have gone online now which makes booking appt’s much easier. The new location has more room for the repairs and the waiting area is much better in case you need to wait. Highly recommended.

Ken and Jim are very helpful. They would let you know honestly whats wrong with your car and change the parts which are only needed. No hidden fees. Thats why I always let them repair my cars and I highly recommend this place.

I was very confident in my car being taken of at this location that when my car broke down 4 miles away I had it towed. My car was starting but would not stay on. I am not a mechanic so I took it to them. They were absolute they could take care of it and asked me to leave it there. It took several days for them to finally say what they THOUGHT it was.
First it was we can’t figure it out the mechanic is taking it apart and everything in your car is in great shape, 2001 honda civic lx.
The diagnoses they gave it was my ECU COMP. They kept repeating that they would not charge for new fuses my car need (ok). They removed the original and tried 3 new ECU COMP they said they had a trusted electrician who works on these things to rewrite the keys and comp to work and I should be good, price approx 600 w my towing.
After the third try they called me and said NO CHARGE but we cannot fix this. You will have to take it somewhere else.
Baffled, I end up picking my car up and it’s in worse shape. It now does not read my keys and doesn’t even START!
Confidence and any trust I had in this car/​repair shop is gone.

My 1994 vette was stalling out so I took it to a repair shop that came highly recommended in vista. They quoted me $ 1400.00 for parts and labor. Wow. My nephew recommended to take it to Ken at On Schedule and after a few hours they found the problem and the repairs were under $ 700.00. That’s half of the other shop. I will bring all my cars here from now on!

I never thought I’d do a great review on an auto place but these guys hooked me up. I was referred by the guy I bought my car from. My transmission was having major issues and I have a warranty on my car so I took it to Ken Vu.
Ken Vu is a very helpful and friendly guy and his wife (I assumed it was his wife) also helped out with customer service. There was some issue getting the parts he needed but the good part was I got towing covered, I got a free rental from their lot for the time my car was there. I may be a special case but I walked off the lot paying 100 bucks and some change.
Car is still running well and he even recommended I get an alignment and a few other tips. Somewhat ironically this place is far from where I actually live but I would drive to Escondido just to have them work on it again.
