Well let’s start by saying I had always came here and I came here last night and I didn’t like the way costumer service helped me out they got my order wrong and I waited and they told me to wait and they will give me my hamburger the way I order it… so I waited for 20 minutes and the guy never even bothered to apologize or anything and he still gaved me attitude? Like first of all I’m paying for what I want am… I right or am I wrong? Worst costumer service ever in Carl’s Jr. If i would be able to give them no rate I would but I can’t… Worst Carl’s Jr. In Escondido

I’m guessing they are short on staff because they took forever to make the food. They didn’t have ketchup and when told so they didn’t replace it until 20 mins later. I would of just had them give me packets. But wasn’t even offerred that. They need work on time and on customer service.

I been here a few times and have been very satisfied with the food and service. I can’t really complain. I only experienced the drive thru only and it’s typical — order and leave. I like the Famous Star combo large.

Where do I start? The place is super gross but it’s the closest by my house. I was just in the drive thru and was asked to drive around the parking lot and come back into the drive thru line and witnessed a employee telling whoever was asking them to have customers drive around that she was uncomfortable doing that and yet they still made them ask me to drive around the parking lot and come back in line after I had paid so they can make my food I guess? This is a busted ass Carl’s Jr it sucks. I’m currently sitting in the drive thru again behind someone who is getting their food I’m completely confused and pissed. I just wanted to add that this was different from having me pull up front and wait on my food which shop in nearly every time that I come here they specifically asked me to drive around the parking lot to the back side and then pull through the drive thru again.

Honestly I’m not a Carl’s Jr fan but the service was absolutely wonderful. Definitely a hidden gem

I saw a commercial for two western bacon cheeseburgers for $ 5 and decided to go in. I ordered two of those from their promotion and also saw a new item on their menu: buffalo blue cheese crisscut fries. Everything was great with my experience except two things: when I opened up my buffalo fries they didn’t even look anything like the picture they have. I know this is something common in a lot of food establishments, but honestly I wouldn’t say anything if they even remotely looked like what I saw in the photo. What I got in my buffalo fries didn’t even merely resemble their image on their menu. I don’t have too high of expectations when in a fast food establishment because you pay for what you get, however, I feel that I would’ve given a four star rating if it weren’t for the fact that my buffalo fries didn’t even resemble their picture and that the employees who were making them were too busy talking about whose house they were going to go to for a party after work and obviously seemed more interested in that conversation than putting together a nice order of buffalo fries. The western bacon cheeseburgers were delicious.

I wasn’t going to write a review of this visit to Carl’s Jr because, well, it’s Carl’s Jr. and I was dragged there kicking and screaming. Okay, I’m exaggerating, but wasn’t excited about the meal plan. But, I feel compelled to write about this Carl’s Jr because the staff there was so damned friendly, I was starting to wonder if I’d been transported to Stepford! Kudos to the management here because we left with a real feeling of «WOW! Those people are so nice!» The food is just Carl’s Jr, but the staff is worth going there for and I have never had a good experience at a Carl’s Jr before. So there you have it.
