The person who took my order through the drive thru wasn’t friendly at all. I’m going to assume it was the end of a long day for him but it still doesn’t excuse his poor customer service. Once I got to the window, Jessica was very pleasant and helped change my mind from a 2 star review to a 3 star. She was very professional. I got my food really quick and it tasted delicious. I may give this establishment more business in the future.

The food and the service is good but every time i go their icee machine is never working at least the cherry and im usually going to the drive thru and im stuck if they dont have it. Its summer and hot in escondido it would be nice if it worked.

Burger king is hit or miss. The food is either good or it makes me sick. At this location, it was good. Chicken fries are weird, had them with bbq sauce and sweet sour. Service was awesome, and the fountain machine dispenses it all. I’ll come back here when I’m in proximity, desperate, and hungry. Cheese burgers will not beat me.

I appreciated the large parking lot the other day when I was pulling my trailer and I needed to use the restroom and grab some lunch. Found the perfect spot to park and after getting my Chef’s Choice Burger(which was delicious) a sat under the trees with the planters to the left of the entrance. The day was beautiful, the sun was shining, and a light breeze blew through the trees making my meal very satisfying. The order was just perfect and the counter person was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t know that the fries tasted this good! I left very satisfied and refreshed!

I am not a huge fan of the big burger chains, but I have stopped by here a couple times since moving to the area. I have only been through the drive through, but the food is always fast and consistent. The staff has always been helpful and cheery. All in all, if your craving a Whooper, I would defiantly swing by this Burger King!

Customer Service was excellent. The drive thru representative was always smiling. She forgot to hand me my kids meal, came sprinting out of the front doors into two lanes of traffic, handed me my kids meal yelling«im so sorry», and during all of that she was still smiling. I usually hit this place up once a week for lunch. The Whopper is always good. I have been trying to get a little healthy so I substitute the french fries for a green salad and I will get ice tea instead of soda. The fish sandwich is pretty tasty but they go crazy with the mayo. I have also had the chicken sticks(kinda like fish sticks) which were tasty but are not filling. They would be great as a kids meal. The staff is pleasant. I notice the Escondido police also frequent this as there lunch hang out.
