was just super. Prior to visiting our home, to make the repair on our classic, large, but older plasma TV, he took the time with my wife to understand what repair was possible and likely needed.
It was obvious upon his arrival to our home, that he was super sophisticated, as it related to our TV and how to repair it (literally replace the «on-​off» switch on our Pioneer Elite Plasma that is 10+ years old, but with a super and larger picture).
The repair was completed in less than ½ hour, with much detailed work required.
The ultimate cost was actually less than what his «on phone» estimate was, and well within our desired budget, to keep our sweet plasma vs. replacing it.
Our experience with BestTechSolution and William was super and would recommend this business and professional to others, with similar needs.
