They didn’t have much of a selection the menu, I ordered a waffle and it was pretty good, the service was quick and the waitstaff was friendly. I ordered a glass of water and it tasted like soap but other than that I would say it’s an okay restaurant.

I recently moved into town and while waiting for stove repair at the new place, tried just about everywhere in town to eat. My hubby insisted that this place was closed down(they close at 3pm and he gets off work at 3:30 so I see why he would assume that) We were excited to see it open on a Saturday morning and decided to try it out! The atmosphere was peaceful and staff was very nice. Portions are huge and prices are decent.(Our visits have averaged $ 12 per person for a huge breakfast and coffee each) I think this is my new favorite place… I made my hubby promise that we can still go on the weekends after we got a new stove.

This is a decent place… nothing to brag about. Breakfast food, burgers… nothing special. Cash or check only. Coke products suck! Pepsi would be better… I would go back.

Surprisingly damn good. Love the server. Friendly! We’ve been passing hundred times but never tried it. Now we know. This will be our future stopping place on the way back home.

Just ok. BLT was good, salads made with iceberg, sons burger kind of gristly. Based on the reviews sounds like the breakfast options would have been a better choice. Server was friendly, bathrooms super clean, and this was convenient on our way to Yosemite.

Good food for a great price. I have never had a bad breakfast here. The waitresses are nice and fast. The food is hot and good. The place is small and does fill up on weekends. Cash or local check only.

I ordered the waffle factory special for $ 7.99, and it came with a jumbo waffle, two eggs and four pieces of bacon. The lady asked me how I wanted my bacon, either soft, medium or crispy, and I told her medium. When my order came, the bacon was crispy. It wasn’t too big of a deal since bacon is bacon and I could really care less, but just deducting one star for that. If you’re going to ask, then you’re just going to have to get it right, or don’t ask at all. Everything else was great, and service was attentive. I would definitely come back here again. By the way, its cash only, so be prepared.

Ordered cheese omelet and it came with hash Browns, biscuits and gravy. It was delicious . My husband had a omelet also and had the same sides. We both enjoyed our breakfast and plan to go back. The service was excellent and she kept my coffee topped off.

Pretty standard American dinner food. Hash browns are crunchy and a better choice than the country potatoes. Quick meal and nice service!

Stopped here for lunch while working in Escalon. I ordered the burger with a side salad for $ 5.25. The salad was a decent sized salad with iceberg and romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, lots of shredded cheese. The burger was an old school burger. It was really tasty, good sized with lettuce, onions, thousand island dressing and a pickle spear. Did I mention this was only $ 5.25? Diet Coke came in an oversized plastic glass with free refills. Service was quick if not cordial. Average age of the patrons during my lunch visit was around 70.

They do surprisingly well for a small town breakfast joint. It gets packed on the weekends and is cash only(ATM inside). I try to get the special of the day each time and if I don’t like it I’ll take the waffle with two eggs, it is a «waffle» factory after all! Waitresses are quick, friendly and good with service.

The décor is a little dated, but its a neighborhood diner and not a chain restaurant. I came solo and went straight to a seat at the counter. There was a bit of a wait for some people as it was crowded. I saw a group walk up, see the line and left. I was there around 1030 am on a Sunday. Service was good. My coffee cup stayed full the entire time I was there. They have Belgian waffles here. I wasn’t sure which type they had prior to coming. I tend to like the traditional round thinner waffles better as they are usually lighter and fluffier than dense Belgians, but there waffles were pretty good! They were light and tasted great. The patty sausage and eggs were just fine, but if you like waffles and are in the area, this place is definitely worth it. They don’t take credit cards but they do have an ATM in the restaurant that you can use next to the cash register.

Hello there! On our way to Yosemite and had little hope for decent breakfast so early in the day. But then, we saw this place and we knew with a name like Waffle Factory, it had to be good. Standard breakfast stuff like classic shredded hash browns that are crispy and golden on top and soft and white underneath. Mmmmmm! I love them like that. Eggs, toast, bacon, you know the rest. We didn’t get any of the fancy stuff, like polish sausage or linguica(too early for such adventure), but it’s there of you want it. But anyway, I wanted to get around to letting you know that this place has great local flavor. The waitress knew everyone by name, the customers all knew each other by name, «Good morning, Louie!» that kind of thing.(BTW, everyone knew Louie. He looked to be about 80, and the waitress told him to behave on his way out the door. He got on a red motorized wheelchair and putted away. Hellraiser.) It was nice to see people in a community just saying hi. We need more of that kind of thing, everywhere.

Another soccer tourney put us out here, in the middle of nowhere, we found this place using Unilocal, otherwise we would have settled for fast food. Breakfast was great, we order eggs, sausage, bacon, hash brown, biscuit gravy, way too much delicious food, but we did well. The waitstaff were very friendly, kept my coffee cup full at all time, price was very reasonable as well. An elderly gentleman, was dining with his wife and perhaps his grandson, stopped at our table on his way out, asked if he could give my kid some ice cream money, took me by surprise. He handed my kid a $ 2 bill and make sure he’d get some ice cream with it. It was strange but very nice of him. The waitress told us later he’s a regular, and he likes give the $ 2 bill as tip and to young kids he sees.

I ate here on my way home from a Men’s Retreat. I got the daily breakfast special. It was Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs. Wow! Everything was delicious. The food was served hot and timely. This can easily turn into a ritual on the way home from Men’s Retreat.
