Amazing donuts enough said! I live close but would drive miles for the donuts. It is cash only my suggestion is to get a way to take debit with today’s technology they could use the phone apps, but that’s the only negative! Best donuts around

This place has the best donuts in the area! They sometimes stay open til 1am! But I do think they need a phone so people traveling 20 miles away don’t have to waste their gas. But other than that, great selection of the old time favs. Highly recommended!

I love this place, its donuts, and its regulars. I’ve been stopping here for 20 years on road trips, and it is always nice to say hi to the old timers who hang out there.

Great apple fritters and donuts! Cash only and it is not too much cash, so it is never a problem. Seeing that pink bakery box always puts a smile on my families faces; yum!

This place ROCKS! they have fresh donuts every day and at what seems almost every hour. You can see them baking because they leave the door open and their open all night! the donuts are delicious!

This place is just downright dirty. The old owners from way back in the day had kept it up o.k., but nowadays its about as run-down as any other P-1 donut shop. The old-timers who still frequent this place in the mornings to swap their stories give it a bit of old-school small town charm, but i feel bad that they don’t have a better place to hang out. The original 60’s era seating(which isn’t bad on its own) doesn’t really mix well with«Khmer» wall décor. Sorry my Indochinese friends, its the truth. But being the only donut place in town i guess we have to put up with it.

Ah, donut-y goodness at it’s best here! in Escalon the Donut Shack is THE place(they used to sell cigarettes too… ahhh High School days;) Right on the main road through town if you’re heading towards Yosemite, Dodge Ridge/Pinecrest from the Bay Area. I’m pretty sure this is the only donut place in Escalon but that has not led to complacency here. Fresh, cheap donuts from a family owned business. Super nice owners/employees always throw in some donut holes with the order. Bonus points for letting my 4 year old use the bathroom that is waaaay in the back through the kitchen. –Super clean kitchen and bathroom btw.
