Founded in 1989 by Medical Director John S. Jarstad, M.D., Evergreen Eye Center boasts a state-​certified Ophthalmic Medicare Ambulatory Surgical Center and 4 clinic locations in Auburn, Enumclaw. Burien and Federal Way.
