After recently going through a divorce, my auto insurance rates went up about 80% – more than the 10−20% price increase I was told to expect by my previous insurance agent.
A friend referred my to Doug Wagner at Babbitt Insurance and I was thoroughly impressed with his level of service and commitment to getting me helped out. Doug’s friendly and professional demeanor has made it easy to work with him. After I explained my situation, he shopped around different insurance companies using the same exact coverage options as before.
When I ran into an issue where my motor vehicle record falsely stated I had some claims (they had belonged to my ex-​wife), Doug worked with me to help ensure a fair and lower rate. In the end, going the extra mile in this way not only got me a great insurance premium rate (only slightly higher than before I got divorced), but this extra level of service has made me a fan.
