They have very good coffee here but there cinnamon rolls aren’t quite as a Cinnabon roll. A Duffyroll is more like a bun and biscuit mixed together. The prices are wet inexpensive compare to Cinnabon though.

So disappointing. I’ve heard many people talk about them so I got a half dozen originals. The taste and texture were very similar to stale cinnamon toast. They were cold and dense, not light and fluffy like we expected. The lack of frosting was also a bummer. I was very surprised at the $ 10 price tag for an amount of food equivalent to about a dozen grocery store donuts. I would rather have buttered toast with some cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top for about 10¢ a slice. Our family of 7 not very picky people only finished 2 ½ rolls.

I wanted to take my friend out for breakfast the morning of her birthday and chose this place due to it’s relatively close location. From the outside, I expected a cookie cutter morning café playing alternative music with all the patrons surfing the web on their Apple laptops. Boy was I wrong. When you walk in the front door, your eyes are immediately drawn to the oasis of sugar coated cinnamon rolls of all sorts. The friendly man behind the counter respectfully asked me what I would live from the menu after some time of deciding. I chose the vegetarian breakfast sandwich they offered. I went to pay and was greeted by the most wonderful of gentlemen who greeted me as if I were part of his family. His positive attitude left me with a feeling of warmth and gratitude that I passed along to others due to this interaction. When I received my sandwich and sat down, I was able to take in the small-town-like charm atmosphere of Duffyroll. Sinking my teeth into te sandwich completed the whole experience and was quite symbolic– the rough texture of the bruschetta cracked and gave way to the warm, cheesy deliciousness that left my tastebuds wanting more and my soul full.

We tried a duffeyroll pecanilla regular size and it is truly delicious. It’s like a cross between a cinnamon roll and croissant and with coffee or milk, it is perfect.

Great food, coffee and service. They made homemade chocolate milk for my kiddo that was awesome. Really impressed with this place.

Pearl Street and Hampden Ave stores are both full of top notch people, great service, and excellent food. I really appreciate the warm welcome, fast service, and friendly atmosphere! Those Duffyrolls, whether mini or regular, NEVER disappoint! It is a great place to take clients, small groups, or family for a killer meeting place. I’m darkening their door at least twice a month! Great job to everyone who makes it happen! :)

Fun little café. The Duffy rolls are amazing. So delicious. We came in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. It was busy but the service was fast and the breakfast sandwiches are good sized portions. We both liked our meals. My husband got the Duffy roll latte. It was good but a little too rich for both of us. We liked the Duffy rolls so much, that we bought some of the frozen ones to make at home tomorrow!

A great little shop setting with incredibly friendly and helpful folks working there. But what matters most is the rolls are AMAZING! I am now a big fan of the style of roll they concoct. The rolls are flaky and a lighter sweet flavor then most heavy rolls and there are variations for the folks who like more sweet. I happen to be someone who loves lightly sweet items so these are now one of my favorite sweet tooth satisfiers.

When they came out with their sammy’s my life changed. They have normal sized sandwiches but the sammys are a smaller version. Bacon Sun or the Morning Ham are perfect for a quick breakfast and they each come with s mini roll.

Been gone from Denver 8 years and just moved back… Duffys was around then. And the coffee, sweet rolls are still great as is the smiling service… Don’t order eggs unless you like them microwaved tho… Disappointing… doesn’t go with the homespun feel…

Duffeyroll’s cinnamon rolls are truly one of a kind — sort of like a morning bun/sugar bun but chewier. I’ve had these special rolls on several occasions and what I’ve been really wanting to do was order food and eat it at the café. I haven’t been to the other locations, but this one is such a cute place! Especially with photos of loving customers as décors on the wall(they’re really good pictures too, I wonder how and under what circumstances the photos are taken!!!) I like that you can customize your sandwiches and that there are Sandies(smaller portion of a sandwich) available. Here’s what I’ve sampled from the menu so far: — Special Bakin Sun on Croissant(scrambled eggs, chipotle mayo, avocado): this was written on that day’s «specials» board, it was quite good! I wonder if they bake their own croissants because they look very similar to the giant ones from Costco, not that it’s a bad thing! — Hummus Florentine Sandie(mini Hummus Florentine breakfast sandwich served on a brioche roll. Comes with free mini Duffeyroll!): not impressed with this one, either the combination didn’t quite work out or the hummus wasn’t as tasty compared to the above’s chipotle mayo…) — Cup of chicken salad: I really enjoyed this, I bet it’ll taste just as good on a croissant! — Duffeyroll French Toast: I saw this on their menu board and had to try it!(but it’s not found on the website menu…) An original Duffeyroll French-toastified with optional bacon(extra cost) and a side of syrup. I didn’t use the syrup therefore the creation is less sweet than anticipated, which was a good thing! But eaten side by side with a regular Duffeyroll, the treated one is more soggy due to the eggs. So choose carefully! I have yet to try the coffee here, more reason to be back!

So yummy! Cinnamon roll coffee pairs so very perfectly with an English Toffee Duffeyroll. Heads up, don’t go in expecting a traditional Pillsbury-type, soft, huge cinnamon roll with icing. That’s not what Duffeyrolls are. They are flaky on the outside with a divine middle that is filled with flavor. I crave them. So convenient if you are taking your car to get work done next door! The guys are really laid back too. Good atmosphere. Love that place.

Always great coffee! The large lattes are triples automatically(Starbucks is a double). Competitive pricing, and you get a mini cinnamon bun for free! Super friendly staff, and I love the breakfast options. Highly recommended.

Big fan of the Duffyrolls. It is not the same as Cinnabon, so if that’s what you like don’t expect that here. Duffy rolls are more dry, but not necessarily in a bad way. The roll is more flakey, like a croissant. Even though it’s not«moist»(I know a lot of people hate that word)… it’s surprisingly soft. I love that it’s not overly sweet. I know people love the buttery, sticky, decadent rolls you see on TV, but this offers a different experience. It’s much lighter. I get a toothache when I eat cinnabons, and it feels just too heavy for me. I’ve only tried the array of mini rolls they have so not sure if they big ones are the same. My husband and I tried ordering some breakfast sandwiches, and we were pleasantly surprised. You get a very good size fresh sandwich and comes with a mini duffyroll on the side. My husband liked the snappy sausage(protein!) and I like the hummus florentine(light). One thing I have to say, the mini’s are expensive for the size you get. If it were cheaper I’d probably be here way too often. The café itself is very nice, free wi-fi, nice coffee shop feel, great seating.

I came in on a Tuesday morning extremely hungover and trying to kill time before a meeting. My stomach was very upset and couldn’t handle anything acidic. Though it wasn’t offered on the menu the employee was extremely helpful and allowed me to buy a cup of soy milk to ease my gutrot. I need to come in for breakfast sometime, though, that sandwich that my friend had looked delicious.

I really like this place! Quick, convenient and delicious; it is kind of hard to go wrong. After moving halfway across the country, I was thrilled to find a breakfast/lunch joint that is yummy and inexpensive. We stopped in at about 10am on a Sunday and totally starving. Their menu is simple and small,(which is good for me because my brain doesn’t work that early on a Sunday). They have a variety of breakfast sandwiches as well as some for lunch. I thoroughly enjoyed the Hummus Florentine which consisted of toasted ciabatta bread, egg, tomato, spinach, chedder cheese and hummus. My beau got the same, but added avocado. And let’s not forgot the entire reason they are called Duffeyroll! Cinnamon rolls galore yum! These beauties are displayed nicely in a glass bakery case. Duffeyroll carries a variety of flavors. My personal favorite is the Irish Cream roll, garnished with cute green sprinkles. The breakfast sandwiches come with a mini duffeyroll, but they are usually stale and chewy(no thanks). Lastly, Duffeyroll has a few different types of coffee that are pretty good. I personally like the cinnamon spice coffee iced(yum). The establishment is clean and the staff is super friendly. I like the cute décor, comfy indoor seating and sunny patio. I will definitely be back for more Duffeyroll!

I have driven by this place several times and never went in. Cinnamon Rolls have to be one of my favorite things to eat… but I rarely eat them because… well, they are cinnamon, sugar and dough… not the healthiest combination in the world. Every time I walk by a Cinnabon in the mall or airport I have to keep saying… no…no…no. Well, finally one day my no turned into a yes… and I have to say that I don’t get it. Duffyrolls are OK… but not great. I thought they were a little hard and stale and not as good as Cinnabon.

OK so I have been eyeballing Duffyroll for years. Today I pulled the trigger. I put on my nicest shorts and polo shirt, packed up my kid and made a special trip to Duffyroll! I have a major weakness for a good cinnamon roll. And there are very few seriously GOOD cinnamon rolls out there. I was really excited. Service and friendliness of staff: 5 stars! The Duffyroll itself: 1 star And this is my opinion, but a cinnamon roll should be hot, gooey, moist, delicious. These«fresh baked» duffy rolls were cold, dry, tough, and dare I say, stale??? Just wasn’t a match for me. I have a whole different idea of what a cinnamon roll should be. In my opinion, the best cinnamon rolls can be found at truck stops. Try the Gunsmoke in Buena Vista, CO. If I were the owner of DuffyRoll, I would make one more kind of roll. I’d even call it the Truckstop Roll. I’d make it twice as big, serve it hot, covered with glaze, and served on a plate with a fork and a knife. If they would do this, Duffyroll would be perfect. Keep the dainty dry rolls for people who I guess like that kind of roll.

I had heard all good things about the cinnamon rolls and finally got a chance to try them. Yummy! They completely lived up to their hype. I was expecting something soft and homemade looking, so I was a little tentative to see pastries that looked like puff pastry swirled up. I got 6 mini rolls so I could try out the flavors and then one big sticky bun and was joyous to discover that all the rolls were soft and flavorful. I think my favorite was the pecanilla ones(vanilla and pecan cinnamon rolls). My boyfriend ordered a breakfast sandwich and gave it rave reviews too.
