Our seasonally changing menu consists of classic French country dishes often with an american spin.
History
Established in 2007.
In 2015, husband and wife culinary team Dreith Sommer and Marika Wells bought JaJa Bistro to keep that love for French Cuisine alive. The couple met at culinary school in Hyde Park, at New York’s Culinary Institute of America. At the CIA, they both refined their respective arts. Marika is the pâtissière, while Dreith is the Chef.
