Preferred Auto Brokers

One star is not low enough for these guys. Bunch of morons. I went in there to get two vin inspections which any colorado dealer can do. First time guy said he couldn’t do it printer didn’t work. How do you operate a car lot without a printer? So I went home printed form for him and he signed in WRONG place. Then a month later I need another vin inspection. This time there is a different salesman and he says he dose not have the power to do a vin inspection… bull any dealer can. He was just to lazy to get off his butt… These guys are liars and I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them!!!

Can’t say enough praise for Isaac Bouchard for his help with one of his clients selling their 2012 Subaru to me. I came from Phoenix with check in hand and everyone did what they said they would. Isaac is very knowledgable and organized, work with him without worry.

Believe this is the only time I’ve rated any business this low. Not a good experience attempting to sell my car through Preferred. I left it with them for three months without success. I consistently offered ideas for marketing, lowering the price etc. and was ignored. It was difficult to get calls returned and e mails and texts were completely ignored. I finally gave up, gave the project to a different broker and the car sold in three weeks for an acceptable price. In the meantime, the expensive second key (full featured with radio chip) left with Preferred is nowhere to be found. If you’re a seller, be careful. I think there are more professional alternatives.

I was not looking forward to going through the ordeal of buying a car, but thankfully, Isaac Bouchard made the entire process exceptionally convenient! He was able to work around my weird work schedule, understood my needs and gave me all the information I needed to make an educated choice. He was very patient and got me into a great Hyundai Azera that was within my budget and ensured that the whole process was as hassle-​free as possible.

I worked with Aaron on purchasing a used vehicle. When I got it, the right floorboard mat had been moved to the left side to hide holes underneath it (down to the metal!). The console was broken. The window console was also broken. The car had been wrecked even though the carfax was clean AND an «inspection» was provided by what appeared to be a reputable dealership. The inspection was never completed by that dealership when I called later to confirm. I took it to two separate entities for independent insepection: one they recommended and one independent/​dealership — both confirmed a front bumper and side impact to quarter panel.
You could visually tell it had been wrecked and fixed by Bubba down the road in his home garage — the hood did not align properly, neither did the bumper to the grill or quarter panels, the spacing was off between the front bumper/​quarter panels AND most of the screws that held the front bumper in place were missing.
I filed a complaint with BBB. These guys are shady. Watch your back. They will tell you anything to sell you something.

Five stars are not enough to express how I feel about my experiences with PAB. I have bought, sold and leased a car using this fantastic service.
If you have not used an auto broker before there are so many benefits and if you are considering this alternative to the conventional dealership you should use Isaac Bouchard and PAB.

I had an awful experience with this company. Troy was the person I dealt with. I hired him to do an inspection on a vehicle on my behalf because I am located in Oregon and I wanted to bid on a vehicle in CO through Copart, an auction site where you buy damaged vehicles. My main concern with the work truck I wanted to buy was whether or not it had a bent frame, both myself and my employee talked to Troy over the phone separately and he told us there was no frame damage that he could discern. He also said he could do the repairs necessary for less than the estimated amount listed on the web site. I went ahead and had him bid on the vehicle and I purchased it. After that, what was supposed to end up being an easy quick fix turned into a month ordeal where he wouldn’t return phone calls and wouldn’t give a clear answer as to what was going on. I now realize he isn’t even licensed to do vehicle repair. His inspection did not notice that there was no drive shaft on the vehicle, that the frame was bent in multiple places (one was even circled by the insurance adjuster who totaled it), that the hood didn’t open properly, and that the passenger door was way out of line. When I complained to the BBB he said Copart doesnt allow inspectors to look under or inside of a car, that is BS as far as I can tell. I know people personally who have purchased form Copart and they said they were allowed to start the vehicles and inspect them however they wanted. Troy was rude, unprofessional, and not to be trusted. Even something easy like removing a car wrap that was on the vehicle was done poorly. I paid him $ 300 to remove a sticker that covered the vehicle and when the vehicle finally showed up there was blue sticker sticking out behind all the reflectors and there was adhesive all over the thing even though he said they would remove the adhesive too. He told me he had 20 years in the auto body industry without a single complaint, that was the funniest part of this whole experience, he doesn’t even answer the phone professionally. For someone with 20 years experience, he sure does have low quality control.

I had a horrible experience with Preferred Auto Brokers.
I purchased a car in August and did not receive the title until a month later. They made an error on the title that rendered the car unable to be registered, and Barbara, the purported manager, was extremely rude on the phone and reluctant to correct the dealership’s mistake. The delays incurred late fees in my home state, and the dealer tag ran out on the vehicle during the ordeal. I was left with a vehicle that I could not title or legally drive until my home state department of motor vehicles office explained over the phone to Preferred Auto Brokers how to fix the problem.
I have bought about 10 cars over the years and this is by far the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. My advice is to avoid doing business with this dealer.
