Its a dive bar so don’t expect too much. Went in there on a Sunday after a cycle ride coz BoB across the street doesn’t serve food. It was around 1pm when we walked in, the bar was totally empty but we walked too far in to turn around without feeling rude so we figured f*ck it, can’t be that bad right?! The guy behind the bar was pretty friendly and he told us he had just put a bunch of credits on the jukebox and to help ourselves while we waited for our food. So we ate sliders and drank bottled Angry Orchid cider while listening to Frank Turner. Pretty good Sunday afternoon if you ask me: o)

To start with the owners are wonderful! With that being said the bar staff less then wonderful! In the recent months some turn over and noticed a decline in decent customers and more seasonal neighborhood drunks have taken their place. David the bartender is a joke and it is advised to spend your hard earned money on anybody but this loser! :)

This is your local pub environment. I love it. Happy hour is 2 for 1 on domestic draft and wells from 3 – 6! Yippee! The food is great! Don’t come for food on Monday tho, the kitchen needs a day off!

There is buy one get one happy hour M-F 3 – 6(bar time!) on domestic drafts and well! Awesome deal! They are currently serving food by a cook that makes a lot from scratch and has been in a kitchen for years!

I’ve been here twice and the first time was an alright experience but the second time made me 100% sure I’ll never be back. There is clearly no mangement in this place food and drinks are dependent on the one bartender and one cook and if they feel like working. When I ordered food the first time we got there at 7:30 and the cook was for sure trying to get out of there and we were the last order. have set hours for the kitchen so when people get there at 8pm they know they won’t be eating. He also took a smoke break while our food was cooking which is fine but try to be a little discrete and professional at least. Anyways the second and last time I went of course there was no more than 5 people in the place and somehow they don’t have the sweet sixteen basketball games which were on local channels. Over all for this place to make it they need to care about the customers and not let their employees get wasted/what ever other drugs they’re on, while serving the locals that are trying to give this place a chance.

There is another review on here that I just noticed that was on the same day. same time that we went. Lucky for that reviewer that he actually got his food. We ordered, after also waiting for the kitchen to open for over an hour, and after another hour, left because we never got our food. The maintenance guy/bartender was clearly overwhelmed by the 10 people who were in this place and the cook, which was apparently employed by an outside company, was absolutely clueless when I asked where our food was. He gave me a blank stare and and sort of blamed the maintenance guy/bartender. We wasted two hours of our lives at this place and $ 18 for a Groupon that we will never use because there is no way I’d ever step foot back in this place. The service was so bad that my wife and I were wondering if we were being punked. I’m sure they know how to serve alcohol, as there were some at the bar who seemed to be enjoying themselves, but their food service was beyond horrible.

Someone call Bar Rescue because this place will tank. The best part of this place was the bartender, I didn’t catch his name, but he isn’t even a bartender, he’s a maintenance guy filling in. He was a nice guy and worked his hardest and clearly everyone there enjoyed him. They advertise that they serve food at 1130 but the cook didn’t come in until 230. For some reason I decided to wait because I was with friends. We had a couple beers which were standard. Couple apps(zuch n shrooms which were OK, and cheesesticks which were horrible) the cook forgot the cheesesticks so we got them after our burgers. Then we tried the western Burger and 2 tex mex burgers. They all came about 15 minutes apart and the first one was wrong. Somehow this place had enough meat for the 6 of the patrons that were there so we couldn’t get the burger fixed. This cook was horrible! He needs to get fired. The only thing he made well was the ranch. This place has potential and I MIGHT go back in a year to see if it improves any.

Great little spot, went in on a Sunday afternoon … 2 for one drafts(PBR on draft … Yay!!), played pool, watched TV … Great time on a lazy day. Great bartender(Justin?), nice conversation … Great addition to broadway!

This is not the place we thought we were going to meet some friends on New Years Eve but I’m glad we stumbled in here instead. Our friends ended-up here instead too. The place is not that great when it comes to atmosphere but the bartender made up for it was lacking. Basically, we were the onl;y ones here and to keep us from leaving she gave us anything we could need, including credits on the juke-box, two-for-one drinks and shots with the off-duty bartender(who turned-out to be our sparkly, boobarific NYE angel). The experience was surreal, and the best part of New Years Eve, even if(and especially because) it was an accident.

I’m new to the area, and was out with a friend looking for a new neighborhood bar. Somewhere clean, but not too fancy, with a nice atmosphere and good strong drinks and maybe some grub. Found it! This place was recently renovated, so it’s well kept, clean and comfortable. Nick, the bartender, was friendly, attentive and made a great drink. It looks like they have some great food specials… So we will definitely be back!
