Alignment Masters

Very unsatisfactory, unprofessional customer service. Similar to the other customer who wrote a review on Unilocal,I was quoted a certain price for an alignment on a lifted truck, yet that price quickly changed after I arrived! After driving 70 miles (from the mountains) to the shop, I arrived and we realized that on one side of my truck I had not yet cut a certain piece that I needed to. Alignment Masters wanted to charge me an additional hours worth of work to perform this SIMPLE task, on top of the charge for alignment, (again, which was not the original quoted price). They were extremely unprofessional and immature when dealing with this conflict.
I took my truck and left, went back home to get my tools and cut the piece myself, which took me 5 MINUTES! The lack of knowledge and horrible customer service from these guys was shocking and I WOULD NOT recommend Alignment Masters to anyone who wants the job done right and a positive experience.

After having brought many personal cars to them for alignment, as well as customers cars, our last customer that was aligned there not only got a horrible alignment job, but they REFUSED to fix it after multiple requests.
I had to wait TWO hours to get the car aligned. I drove off, and after about 300 feet I immediately knew it was pulling right. I called them up, and told them. They said to bring it back in. I was out of time, so I gave my customer the receipt, and had him go back in. He went in, and after waiting, was told the car was done. After some questioning, they said nothing was wrong with it, and even refused to provide the alignment specs.
He went back again a week later, car still pulling to the right. He was told there was nothing they could do, and it was not fixable.
I finally had to drive to their shop to get a refund, which was issued without so much as a «sorry we werent able to take care of it», or an apology for having wasted a total of 4 – 5 hours of my time as well as my customers.
Not only is the staff extremely rude/​unpleasant (specifically the owner, Amanda), but apparently now they are becoming incompetent as well? Car was a near new BMW 3 series. Very, very dissatisfied with the service, as well as their work. They also charged me a premium rate of $ 90 as soon as they saw it was a nice, new BMW even though their typical rate for a lowered car has been $ 50.
A few different people we have referred to them lately have had strange tire wear issues and problems as well.
Never, ever going back there.

After having a bad experience at the local Pep Boys — I was in need of an alignment. Did a search on the internet & found this establishment. I was quoted a certain price for alignment (lifted truck). Since it must not have been as much work as they thought — they charged me less when I went to check out.
It’s very difficult to find a place like this in the automotive industry. They take appointments (even for routine maintanence). While I was there — they were constantly busy — turning the vehicles out quickly & everyone seemed pleased. I was in & out very quickly!
I found out from one of the workers (John — very knowledgeable), that it’s a family business been in business for over 20 years (recently moving to the current location).
I will recommend this place to all my friends.

This is a top-​notch alignment shop. They have handled my custom lowered Mercedes Benz CLK, as well as my lifted FJ Cruiser. Their prices are reasonable, and the service is as good as it gets. A+
