Purchased an iPhone5s for my daughter for Christmas and she could not hear on phone calls unless on speaker phone. I had worked with Matthew Forni originally, who helped me out again and was very accommodating and reassuring. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. I really appreciated his outstanding service skills.
