A-​mazing! I called 2 other places to get an estimate on a water pump and Saco and his team were 30% less than others. Great service — fast… 100% better than any of the others that I called. The Best ever!!!

I had a piece of plastic hanging down from under the front bumper, making an annoying dragging sound every time I drove. Called Prestige, they said to come right over. He fixed it on the spot, free of charge! I will definitely be back for all the regular maintenance. Happy to have found my new auto shop!

I didn’t want to do a review with a 5 star rating on this place cuz I like going here and didn’t want people to find out. Oh well, I think the news is out by now judging by other reviews. These are serious car guys who has worked with many different brands and makes including some of the European and exotic names. The labor rates are reasonable and the repair scope includes everything but tires. One caveat. The waiting room is a bit old and small. And they don’t have free donuts like they do at the dealer. If you are into that, you can go to the stealership. Me, I like my cars repaired correctly the first time at the fair cost and time. Oh, and the parking lot is a mess as they share the lot with another business. I’ve utilized this business more than 10 times now and happy with the outcome so far.

My husband introduced me to Sako and Harry at prestige auto service about 10 years ago and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. I have gone through four cars since then, and there’s no place I trust more than Prestige auto service. I have even been to the dealer a few times since then but the and the work at Prestige auto service is Way better than anywhere else. I can’t imagine any other auto repair shop more honest and knowledgeable and Sako’s team. Thank you!

Sako and Harry are the best! So friendly, and above all honest. They treat you like family and really give you only the repairs that are necessary to safely operate your car. Been going to Prestige for 5 years so far, and plan to continue taking my cars there for years to come.

I drove in to get an estimate to repair wheel well trim. After looking at the damage, he had one of his repairman fix it on the spot.
Doesn’t get much better than that.
I will refer all my friends to them for repair work.

Sako is such an honest guy. He is very professional and every time we visit him, he makes sure that we are happy about the service. He never over charges and he is very good at his job. I strongly recommend him.

Sako and Sammy takes complete care of my Mercedes and me. During the years I have trusted my car to Prestige. They have earned my trust. Plus they are pleasant and friendly. From the time Sammy answered the phone and scheduled my appointment, to the mechanic preforming to work, to Sako save me who little the bill was, I was completely taken care of.

I’ve trusted Prestige Auto Service with my cars for over 15 years until I moved out of the area. However, whenever I have what might be a serious issue, I drive the extra miles to take it here. I just returned for what was a potentially large repair and Sako gave me a few tips that may have saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
I’ve also referred many family and friends here and many have now been going there for 15 years as well. Sako always treats you like family and is truly the most ethical and honest mechanic I have ever dealt with AND he’s a really nice guy.

We have been bringing our cars, SUVs to Prestige for 15+ years until we moved to Palisades. The owner, Sako, is very trustworthy and honest. He wants to make friends and build a good relation, not just running a business.
Today I drove by and asked if he could help me remove minor paint scratches. He said yes. After half an hour, I asked how much. He said it is free, just seeing you visiting us is enough… What a man!

I went to Prestige for several years. Saco was always super attentive. I never felt over-​charged. He never pushed me to get stuff I didn’t need. Just upkeep to keep the car safe.
I have since moved away. But I mourn the loss of a good, honest, efficient, accommodating mechanic.

You know those places that charge for extra time for super easy fixes? Yeah, this is of those places.
$ 30 thermometer took well over an hour to install. $ 170 total. Took a maximum of 30 minutes even if the hood was tricky.

I’ve gone back time and time again. Sako really helped me out of a bind taking care of me really well when a deer hit my Fiat. Really, a deer. They fixed my car fast, and perfectly. Can’t even tell a very large animal nearly killed me! HOORAY!
They are the best and most understanding shop around. Trust is a great thing with a mechanic shop. Go here, and that’s that.

This guy Sako in NOT «the bomb» SAKO IS «DA BOMB»!!! Best mechanic I have had since, I can’t remember, I’ve had so many, until I met Sake @15 ½ years ago, when he advertised (by mistake I might add) a timing belt for a Nissan 280 ZX, NOT REALIZING THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE THE entire front BUM PER AND remove ONE SET OF MOTOR MOUNTS TO lift the engine, to get TO THE FRONT TIMING CHAIN… A HUGE LABOR COST (i know) HE HAD AN ADD FOR LIKE $ 225.00 i ABOUT DIED and say, yes yes, as i knew that cost 900 before from «the Z Guy»…I never have to go anywhere else unless he tells me to.
To end this story he charged me $ 225. and change with an arm extended and a smile on his face, (I thought I really should call the (PET TEAM) as I was an adolescent treatment counselor for drugs and alcohol and insane behavior, and the ($ 225 Bill qualified him for the «Insane Behavior») But I only shook his had and said thanks and that my income WAS LIMITED AT EBAY, AND SALES WE BAD… Come to find later, he lost his ASS on that deal and adjusted for the next add of that type but he was happy he got a n ew customer probably forever, and he did!
This is (SAKO) the MOST HONEST MECHANIC ONE WOULD EVER WANT – THE PEOPLE THAT I REFER LOVE HIM TOO. AMAZING, I HAVE SO MANY STORIES ok regular print one time I got I think it was a starter motor, and wow, it broke almost exactly 1 year after I bought. Now there was a 1 year Sako warranty on the starter, when I picked up my car, I asked for the bill, I fell on the floor — he said NOTHING, have a great day.
It’s not because we both love playing at the casino or online poker, we love to talk about it, he is a friend not a mechanic… period…thanks God I have never been in a situation where I was really IN TROUBLE, TROUBLE, BUT i TELL YOU I WOULD CALL SAKO.
BOTTOM LINE TAKE TIME TO GET TO KNOW HIM, YOU’LL LOVE HIM, HE STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK, HE WILL EVEN TELL YOU (AS HE DID ME) IT’S TIME HE SAID EDDIE – THIS CAR CANNOT WORK ON IT ANYMORE —WILL NOT DO ANY MORE WORK, IT IS TIME FOR??? IT TO GO TO CAR Heaven!!!
