The RUDEST receptionists ever! I had a problem with my daughter’s insurance card and instead of talking with good customer service she gave me an attitude, then I asked for my driver’s license and insurance card back and she threw them at me. She then spoke in her own language, Russian I believe, to the other receptionists. I have no time for sour people, don’t like your job? Don’t work there. I got my cards and my paper work and left. Never going back. I don’t believe they deserve any stars but since I have to give one I’m giving one.
