Staff is great, kind and caring. Nit sure about their equipment had a knee snd shoulder MRI taken in the same day my orthopedic surgeon needs to another set of MRIs as theirs were not clear to read. Augh not looking forward to that experience again.

This place has an amazing operation. Way to go guys ! Thank you so much for taking care of me and getting everything done. Encino Open MRI is definitely a great place to go if you need any MRI’s. Bobby is very professional and can answer all your questions. They have a very nice place and the staff is very friendly. Process was quick and easy. I am very pleased with this place and will definitely come back to Encino open MRI in the future !! Thanks again guys will definitely refer you to all my friends and family.

Encino open mri is the place to go ! When it comes to MRI’s it can get pretty nerve racking. I schedule an appointment and they got me in and out in no time. Encino open mri made the process easy and simple. There staff is very friendly and nice. Atmosphere was very nice and Bobby is the man ! They made sure I was comfortable and fine the whole time. This place is great. Will come back again if need there services.

I had an MRI done. I waited 2 weeks for them to mail a CD to my doctor. It never got to the Dr. They said they mailed it twice I went over to Encino MRI
And I picked up the CD. Drove it downtown and gave it to the doctors office. I got a call an hour later it was totally blank. I went back to Encino MRI. They apologized and apologized and burned another CD I had to drive downtown again and I waited and finally there was something on it. This was a total nightmare if they were the last imaging center in the world I would not go there I wish there was a negative for the stars they would get a –5.

I am extremely claustrophobic. I needed an MRI and almost had an anxiety attack. I am normally not that kind of a patient. The technician Kevin was not only kind, but very patient.
Finally I took some Xanax and slept most of the procedure. That fact that he treated me
with such patience and understanding really is much appreciated

This is a great and convenient place to get an MRI. The staff is courteous and helpful. I really think they stand apart from other places where they are so robotic and don’t have any compassion for people with pain. These people really made it a point to make us feel comfortable. I hope you never need an MRI, but if you do, this is the place to go!

I’ve been having unexplained back pain for quite a while now and I finally decided that its time I get this checked out. Even though I’m not claustrophobic, I get really nervous with MRI’s. Something about having to remain absolutely still and the noises and whatnot. I don’t know. So naturally, I wasn’t excited for this, but Encino Open MRI was recommended to me and I was told they would put me at ease. Now that its over, I am SO glad I listened and came here! They’re amazing. Bobby was super helpful and answered all my questions and explained the difference that an OPEN MRI will make. After talking to the staff, I actually went in fairly relaxed! Everything went quick and smooth and I was in and out without any mental breakdowns (hah). Plus I received my results in just a day!

This business is not to be trusted with your medical records. I am filing a report with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office. My husband had an emergency requiring an MRI while recovering from hip surgery, and the doctor needed the results. We had a problem with our Health Care Card (FSA), and Encino Open MRI agreed to wait to run the card a week later. We didn’t realize that they would refuse to release the MRI and the report to surgeon’s office. I tried calling the owner of Encino MRI, but he refused to talk to me, or return my call. We went to the office to pay cash, and after they took our money, told us that the person who copies the MRI wasn’t in, so they couldn’t give it to us that day. They could only give us a half-​page report, which did not address what the surgeon needed. Refusing to provide medical records is illegal. I am filing a report with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office. This definitely added to a stressful situation.

The staff was very friendly and making an appointment was easy. Only had to wait about 5 minutes and was in and out. I hope I never have to have another MRI but if I do it will be here. Very comfortable environment.

I had a wonderful experience at Encino Open MRI! The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. During my MRI, they played calming music which I thought was very soothing during the process. I also received my report much faster than expected. From my own personal experience, I prefer an open MRI because there is much more space and is less intimidating to lay in for the duration of the procedure. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an MRI!

The staff is very friendly. Especially Lilly at the front desk and Bobby! They were very helpful and understanding when I told them that I lost my cd and they didn’t even charge me for a copy!

The staff was very welcoming and were able to squeeze me in on short notice. They worked with me on pricing by discounting my MRI and gave me the CD for my MRI for free. I highly recommend it to anyone! The way they run it is very unique and unlike any other place I’ve gone too.

I had a really great experience here. Then staff was great and very accommodating, and the experience was smooth and painless! They sent me my report in less than 24 hours. I would definitely recommend it!

I was so scared to get an MRI done for the first time since I’m so claustrophobic, so my doctor recommended an open MRI, the staff was soo friendly and caring, I had little to no wait. In the waiting room they have a TV and the lady in the front desk asked me what I preferred to watch as I waited to get my scan. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable he explained everything to me as I told him I’ve never done this before, highly recommend this facility.

I went in last week for an MRI of the lumbar spine. It was a horrible experience overall. The staff and technician were extremely un-​professional… After waiting over a week to receive my report, (along with several calls to the office) my chiropractor explained to me that the image quality is extremely low and as a result i had to pay for another MRI done elsewhere. Apparently the MRI magnet is over 20 years old, and not up to par with other imaging centers. Needless to saying, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anybody!!!

Encino MRI saved me. They confirmed a torn lumbar disc and discovered the «mystery» missing link to my back pain & leg weakness. Tina the front desk supervisor is incredibly kind & compassionate. She explained everything, answered all my questions & treated me like family & was very empathetic regarding my fears & pain levels.
The facility was able to give me an excellent cash price for both of my MRI’s and for my subsequent follow up MRI a year later. I became a patient of theirs in 2011. i was rejected for medical insurance for years & declared major medical risk, so Encino gave me an affordable discount (So pls inquire & see if they are able to assist you).
The MRI techs are efficient & helpful & I didn’t experience any wait time when I went there. I highly recommend Encino MRI. Even if I had to wait, it would be totally worth it to me.
My chiropractor suggested them to me in 2010 after a bad car accident & continued to have strange symptoms. I finally went in 2011 after my PT refused to work with me til I got further diagnostic workup. So glad I did, b/​c I was desperately suffering & getting worse in PT! Their docs give excellent reports.
I had Lumbar and Pelvis MRI. Which detected the Lumbar injury & also showed the Ovarian cyst. In total I got 3 MRi’s there. and would go back again
