Established in 2010.
Vertaccount was founded by Aye Navarro and Bernice Parsons in 2010. The company was formed with the idea that small business owners should have meaningful financial insight despite limited capital, time, and expertise. We’re passionate about our belief that these businesses should not be deprived of the same opportunities as larger companies simply because they aren’t able to tap the same level of resources.

Meet the Business Owner
Bernice P.
Business Owner
Bernice is an entrepreneur and corporate executive with over 15 years of experience managing start-up internet and offshore service operations, as well as corporate marketing teams. She co-founded Localvibe.com with Aye and later, went on to co-found the first outsourced accounting firm in Hawaii in 2006.
For the past 8 years, she has overseen nearly 200 outsourcing engagements of various complexities and sizes and is well-experienced in the intricacies of off-shore operations.
