Established in 2010.

Michael Kwee founded MK CPA, Inc. in 2010 to provide more positive impact to his clients.

His prior experience includes Controller for Ramada Inn Hotel, Internal Auditor for The Plain Dealer (a publishing company in Cleveland, Ohio) and Audit/​Tax Manager at CWGBS, LLP (a public accounting firm in Mission Valley)

Michael is experienced in certified financial audit for escrow companies, mortgage companies, non-​profit organizations, retirement plans and HOAs. He is currently focusing its audit services to escrow companies and non-​profit organizations.

His tax practice concentrates on individual and small business tax preparation and planning. He has worked with small and large companies.

Business Owner

Michael Kwee began his accounting career as a Controller for Ramada Inn Hotel in 1998. He then joined The Plain Dealer in 2000, a publishing company in Cleveland, Ohio as an Internal Auditor.

Michael moved to San Diego in 2004, where he joined CWGBS, LLP, a public accounting firm as a Senior Auditor/​Tax professional and was shortly promoted to Audit/​Tax Manager.

Michael founded MK CPA, Inc. in 2010 to provide more positive impact to his clients.

Michael is experienced in certified financial audit for escrow companies, mortgage companies, non-​profit organizations, retirement plans and HOAs. He is currently focusing its audit services to escrow companies and non-​profit organizations.

Michael earned his bachelor of Business Administration in 1995 from Trisakti University in Jakarta, Indonesia. Michael received his MBA from Cleveland State University in 1998. He is a member of the California Society of CPA and Ohio Society of CPA.
