Business Owner

Tom is a native of Encinitas and has conducted business here all his life. Tom was a council member of the Downtown Encinitas Merchants Association for five years.

Tom attended framing school in Houston, Texas where he learned how to handle and protect valuable pieces of art. Discerning art lovers depend on Tom to give their art work the care it deserves.

Tom enjoys underwater photography, diving and fishing.
