I had my 2015 Toyota Prius windows tinted earlier this week. I had three people work on my car and the tint job was completed within a hour. My communication with the owner via email has been top notch. The overall quality and effect are dramatic and effective. I relied on the feedback given via Unilocal,and it was good. An extra star for the two dogs that visited us and kept us company while we waited. They were so cute! A boxer and border collie… amazing!

Top notch customer service. I emailed around for 3 bids. Scott was prompt, courteous & had the best pricing (even if you decide to go elsewhere, definitely let these guys give you a quote).
My appointment was for 10:30. They started work at 10:30. Done in about an hour. Dane, the installer, was very customer service oriented, friendly, explained the different tint degrees, what was legal and even offered me some refreshments.
I brought along my 2.5 year old daughter and we walked to the nearby playground (intersection of Parkdale & Village Run East) about ¼ mile away. Otherwise, looks like you can hang out on a patio and watch your car get tinted with their free wifi.
Looks great, great experience from start to finish. I have no doubt they’ll stand behind their work if anything does go wrong.

Scott and his team are alway attentive and do their best every time! Their schedule fills up quick but if you are luck enough they do get cancelations every so often and it’s worth it to jump on the opening. I totally recommend this place to any of my friends. They have done my 2011 328i and my 2014 A6 supercharged. Totally stoked on the work they did on both cars. I’ll be back soon with the next one!

QUICK. PROFESIONAL SERVICE. EXPERIENCE. FRIENDLY.
I can’t even begin to explain my excitement for this place. I got my windows tinted by Sun Solutions Windows a couple weeks ago, and I can’t believe how good it looks. I have a Mazda 3 Hatchback and I’ve been dying to get my windows tinted for a while. A really good friend of mine recommended this place. I decided to trust her without looking into their prices, and looking at Unilocal,but boy I can’t believe how great of work they did.
Driving up to the place, I noticed that the garage was clean, it was organized, and the employees were working great together. I had to wait at their offices because I didn’t have a ride home to wait, so while I waited they were very courteous, they offered me water, and free wifi.
Not only did I save a whole bunch of money coming to this place, but the experience that I had was amazing. I’m going to recommend all my friends here that want to get their windows tinted. They did an amazing job, and I’m very confident and comfortable referring friends and family to this awesome establishment.

FAST.PROFESSIONAL.SERIVCE.
Just got my Porsche Boxster S done… was a little hesitant when I arrived because the ‘tint’ is done inside their garage. But was immediately at ease with the first exchange between Scott and his wife.
The garage is clean, organized and the two of them work like a well-​oiled machine. You can tell they’ve been at this for a long time and are extremely professional.
They offered me water, Wi-​Fi and gave me my tinting options. Told them what I wanted and they got right to work. Beyond the savings of going to ‘normal’ shop to get this done (I priced the same job elsewhere for $ 450), I actually loved the ‘family-​run’ experience I got here and had me wishing that more passionate people ran little businesses like these out of their garage. The experience was that good.
As for the Tint itself, one word — IMPECCABLE. Would recommend these guys to any family or friend. Will post some pictures of the job they did later, but am very comfortable referring these guys without hesitation!

I just got my windows tinted today and I am BEYOND happy with the way my car looks and the way I was treated at Sun Solutions. Everyone was so professional, courtesy and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone I know. They are local, have the best set up. I have never had a car with the windows tinted, and now I feel like I have missed out a bit. This place lives up to the hype. All I can say is, WOW. You know when you meet people in life who are doing exactly what they were created to do? That’s Scott! This guy has a true passion for his trade, and it shows in his work and finished product.
I recently purchased a new car and wanted to get the windows done. This is probably the 5th time I’ve paid to have my windows tinted.
I saw the reviews on Unilocal.and the negatives seemed silly (like one guy giving a low rating because he couldn’t get an appointment). Anyway, Scott fit me in within 2 days (not normal), and had the work done in about an hour.
Here’s where his passion and attention to detail comes into play.
These guys triple, quadrupled checked their work — I’m very particular and am extremely happy with the quality of the work. The tint looks awesome! They cleaned up the car, and din’t leave mess inside or outside the car. When wiping down the water on the outside of the car, they used microfiber towels, which I really appreciated.
If you need tint — GO HERE. It’s a great family run business by quality people who work very hard to make their customers happy. I’m very happy and will be back.

I highly recommend this place! The staff is super nice and very friendly. Funny too! I got SUVs windows tinted today. They have a nice area to sit and relax while you wait. They offer you beverages.
I got there early but within 20 minutes my car was getting worked on. They were quick! They knew I had to be somewhere and they got the job done in time for me to pick up my daughter. It felt like 30 minutes! They were quick because they knew what they were doing and they did a fantastic job! Very professional and like I said and I can’t say it enough. They did a fantastic job.
I live in poway so it was a 35 minute drive but worth it! So worth it! Go here!!!

I will keep this one short and sweet.
I am moving to Arizona. Arizona is hot as a motherfucker. I have a small child and I worry about him roasting in the backseat. My windows were not tinted prior to coming here. Found this place on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. All I can say is… WOW! I am extremely impressed!
Scott and Dane were beyond friendly and cordial, did a great job, explained different options to me, (I went with 35 on the front windows and 18 on the back… upgraded to the ceramic tint for the additional $ 80. $ 340 total out the door and worth every single penny) and finished the job in about an hour! Could not ask for anything else. The tint job was clean, my car looks awesome, I can already feel the difference on how fast my car cools down when I turn on the AC, and it has helped significantly at night with car headlights behind me.
All of these reviews are no joke. Scott knows his craft very well and Dane is following in his footsteps. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Any other cars that I purchase that need tint, I will drive out on a weekend from AZ to get them done here. They are THAT GOOD!

I chose Sun Solutions for my car window tinting based on the outstanding Unilocal reviews. Another reason I chose to drive 35 miles to their home-​based business was because they would be able to accommodate my active 16 month son. I needed a fast tint service that would allow me to take him somewhere safe to play rather than the usual tinting garages.
I drove up into their super clean, professional garage and they said the car would be ready in about an hour. I asked about the local park I scouted on the way to their home. They handed over their park/​pool key for us to use. Score! My son was able to run around in a gated, shaded play area during our wait. This helped keep a busy toddler occupied for over 40 minutes! The park was short walk from their business. Scott even returned to the park to retrieve my son’s toy truck that I had forgotten to take with me. How nice is that?
Scott, Kerry and team were professional and so nice! I appreciated their professional work. The window tinting was done well. They told me that the bubbles/​blurring (very few!) were normal. Not even after a week, the small bubbles are completely gone. They did a wonderful job installing the tint.
I just returned from a trip up to Orange County, the back of the car was completely shaded in 88 degree heat during horrible traffic back down to SD. I felt better driving the distance knowing he was shaded from the sun. I recommend using Sun Solutions!
