I specialize in working with self-​employed borrowers because I am very analytical, have a high degree of experience with mortgage processing/​underwriting, and feel that self-​employed borrowers are often having to settle for inferior service and loan products when this should not be the case. I can analyze complex income streams with ease and have specialized loan products (e.g. 1 year tax return program) that give me an edge when working with business owners.

Movement Mortgage was created in 2008 amidst one of the biggest financial meltdowns in American history.

I grew up in Yellowstone National Park and spent most of my childhood in Montana.

After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Economics in 2004, I began pursuing finance, which led me to a career in mortgage lending.

I currently live in Encinitas, CA with the three loves of my life, my wife Michelle and my children Kate and Jakob. I work out of the Encinitas branch of Movement Mortgage, right here on Saxony Rd.
