Gary and Brandon have done our windows both at our old house and our current house… which they did today! They are friendly and fast. I would recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I feel they took adantage of me. Gary told me he was going to do the job. Brandon showed up to do my windows, he overpriced the job when Gary quoted me something else over the phone when I asked him to come here. Then Brendon wanted the check made out to himself. I said no, he looked mad. What kind of business is this. Brandon did do an ok job on the windows and outdoor area. He was trying to make some extra money for himself, I feel I was ripped off.
Will not be referring them to my neighbors or use this service again. I maybe reporting to BB bureau.

Gary has been cleaning our windows for 10 years. Always does a great job. He is professional, dependable and prompt. Definitely deserves the 5 Star Rating.

We have used Gary for 7 years. Great service, calls back in just minutes. Gary truly makes an effort to please the customer. There is not enough stars to rate the great service given, and priced right too!

I have used this company for several years. They have always been professional, reliable and reasonably priced compared to other local companies. They were just here last week and did a great job, as usual! I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so!

Brandon did a sufficient job of wiping the outside windows, but failed to properly clean the screens and window wells. Upon closer examination, it was rather obvious that he didn’t do a thorough job, nor did he reinstall the screens correctly. We called to ask him to come back to finish the job properly and the request was met with excuses, citing the reason for his subpar cleaning service was due to being unable to get inside the house, which was a blatant lie. After greeting him, the first thing Brandon was asked was if he needed to come into our home to clean. Unfortunately, I would not recommend hiring this company again.

I have used Gary and Mobile Window Washing for years. They have always done a great job and I would highly recommend them. Brandon and Gary were here today and as usual did a wonderful job… my windows sparkle!

The owner of the company is Gary. He was unable to come when I needed the windows done, so he sent someone named Brandon who broke two of my window blinds. I had to find someone to fix them and was able to find someone for $ 75 when most companies charged $ 100 just to come to the house. I asked Gary for a reimbursement and he said Brandon claimed that he never touched the blinds which is untrue since he had to raise them in order to wash the windows. He denied this three times, not just once.
No reimbursement has been received or offered at my request. Next time I will use a company that takes responsibility for it’s mistakes.

I use Mobile Window Washing several times per year. They are prompt, reliable, and professional. Their service is a great value and Gary is a joy to work with.

They did a great job for a very reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend them to neighbors and will call him again. They were also very prompt and fast.

Gary and his partner did a good job at cleaning our windows inside and out. I gave a 4 stars, since the sills could have been cleaned better. Overall a good job.

They showed up on time as usual & did an amazing job3. I’m SO glad I didn’t let 1 review push me away from a great window washing company like this one!

My husband and I have used Gary’s services many times over the years we’ve owned our home. Today he performed about the 6^th cleaning since we first hired him. As always, he showed up on time, was professional and did an excellent job– just as promised at the price we had agreed on. When Gary asked me to post a review — especially because he had received such a negative review from a customer just recently — I was happy to help him out by doing this. I can not imagine Gary doing what this customer described, but I wasn’t there. I can only confirm that he’s always done a good job for us over the years with never a problem or broken screen or frame. Besides, screens and frames age and could break while being cleaned when they are old and brittle. That’s hardly his fault.
Anyways, we recommend Gary and his partner. They’ve always delivered exactly what I expected.

I certainly wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone for several reasons. Firstly, he showed up late, by about 45 minutes. As it is always a good idea to check the credentials of anyone who is going to be working inside your house, he was asked to show his license, which his website says he has. He made some excuse as to why he couldn’t. His partner made long scrape marks in our stucco by dragging a ladder across it. He put holes in 2 screens and broke 1. When it was pointed out that he had failed to clean the window sills, he became argumentative, and said he didn’t have time. Rather than saying he would come back and complete the job, he demanded full payment, which of course we wouldn’t do. I have used this company for years and I’m very pleased with there expertise and thoroughness. Gary the owner of this company is a outstanding individual. I would highly recommend Mobile Window Washing to anyone I know to have the cleanest windows in town!!!

We have lived in Encinitas for over 10 years and tried several other window washing companies. Never again!!! Gary and his crew came out to my house and started by power washing my tile roof and washed all of my windows in one day. The roof looks just as good as the day it was installed. He took all of the necessary precautions and did not break a single tile. He cleaned the screens, windows and cleaned up all of the mess caused by the dirt that came off of my roof.
Unreal service and very prompt!!! I recommend Gary to everyone that I know.

The BEST window washing service ever. Professional and thorough. very careful with my screens. other services have broken or torn them. Window tracks were thoroughly cleaned! Very pleased with this company.
