I saw Dr. Yco for filler. As I get older and work to stay thin, I am also losing the fat in my face and I look gaunt. Dr. Yco recommended Restylane and Sculptra for me, and he spent close to an hour making sure the results were perfect. I am so pleased! I feel like he took 5 years off my face by making it rounder. The office is clean and pleasant and professional, and I will definitely go back in 4 weeks for the follow up visit to see if he recommends one more vial of Sculptra for me. Dr. Yco told me he has been practicing since 1988, and I believe it. His 30 years of experience definitely shows.

It’s a real shame that the receptionist has an attitude problem because Dr Taylor is great for Botox. But after trying to call and schedule appointments for my mom and me and receiving heavy sighs, interruptions when I was inquiring about scheduling followed by her saying it was my fault she was being rude after I straight out asked about her attitude… Unfortunately will have to take my business elsewhere. The last time was so pleasant but this was the worst customer service ever!

Dr Yco is as good as it gets. I had a terribly deviated septum (many broken noses), and had to have a complicated surgery to correct it. As a man that didn’t want to change how I looked, he respected that and straightened everything without changing the shape or look. Brilliant! The entire staff made me feel at home, and completely comfortable with everything. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. Trust Dr. Yco!

Fabulous surgeon and staff for mini-​facelift! Clean and quick healing. Changes are subtle and natural looking, but I clearly see a definite chin now, much improved neckline and face from 10+ years ago. Treated myself for 60th birthday and when questioning cost (should have used $$$ for trip to South Africa/​China/​wherever???), my friend reminds me I’ll get more value from this because I’ll be happy everyday when I look in the mirror, hopefully for years to come.

By far the best Dr. and beautiful office staff I have ever has the pleasure of dealing with. I went in for a consultation to remove a small cyst I had on my face. I was very nervous because I was aware that getting it taken out would mean that instead of a lump I would have a scar on my face. Dr. Yco assured me that it would be a very small incision and a very small very unnoticeable scar. They were able to answer all my questions and schedule an appointment for as soon as possible and he gave me a price that was much better then the other two doctors I visited. As far as the surgery went… it was quick and painless. Dr. Yco’s lovely assistant Tiffany made sure I was comfortable and ok. He stitched me up and gave me some band aids and told me how to care for it the next few days. I followed his instructions and came back a week later to get the stitches out. Again… Quick and painless. and he did an amazing job! here I am four days later, cyst gone, scar is small and barely even there, and I walked away ready to refer this amazing doctor to everyone I know! If you are considering going to Dr. Yco, I highly suggest you do!

I would NOT! recommend this doctor! I had a mini lift with absolutely NO results! he took $ 5,500 from me and makes excuses on why I look the same! he has a lucrative no results mini lift business, He then proceeds to try and convince you that you need a different procedure to complete it! I am only 38years old and still have sagging jowls from his fake mini lift! I demanded my $$ back he ignores my demands even for a RE-​DUE. BE WARE

Can’t say enough about Dr. Yco. So gentle spirited and talented. His staff is amazing and so sweet. His PCC Valerie is awesome, knows her stuff and so helpful.
Dr. Yco is truly there to help you be the best you, not to sell you on procedures you do not need. Being an ex Patient Coordinator I know that some Dr’s are all about just selling surgeries. Not Dr. Yco.
His office is clean, and inviting. He has it set up so it feels like you are at a little tasting party. Fresh snacks in the waiting room, up to date magazines, pic books. He uses great products and I can’t say enough. If you are thinking about seeing a surgeon, he is someone whom you should not hesitate consulting with. You won’t be sorry.

Living in the San Diego area you have a ton of choices for plastic surgery. I visited 5 Surgeons and was about to choose one in Tijuana (have good ones there!) when a friend recommended Dr. Yco. He had done her facelift 5 years earlier.
What a nice Dr! I was impressed with him and his staff, and given the estimate of under $ 10,000 for a facelift I decided against going to Mexico. I was glad I did. I am 60 and have type 2 diabetes. It turned out I healed very slowly and had to make some extra trips to his office. I was hesitant to do the chemical face peel since it was more $$ and I was on a very limited budget. The face peel was absolutely the best thing I did! Wow, what a difference that made! Again, I was very slow to heal but the results were fantastic.
I wish I had the funds to have done this 5 years earlier, (or lived here then!) I wouldn’t have had the nerve to do the peel without being under anesthetic as I have a very low tolerance for pain, but given doing a face lift it was a perfect time to do it.
The procedures are done in-​office so no extra charges for a surgery suite. The end results — a year later now, are great. People don’t believe I am almost 63. I had my upper and lower lids done, full face lift, chemical peel. The wonderful thing is I look like myself, not some stretched thin version (i.e. Dolly Parton or Kenny Rogers, wow they look awful!) This was a once in a lifetime gift, I just wish I had been able to do it when I was 55. Everyone in the office is great, you aren’t kept waiting here! I would highly recommend his service — don’t wait! do it now!!!

Dr. Yco is great, he really listened to everything my husband I asked/​talked about. The staff was super friendly, we don’t have insurance and the got us all the prices before hand so we knew what to expect. they can perform in house small procedures and really understand what they are talking about. Hopefully when we have more money my husband can come back for another surgery that is much needed.

Dr. Yco and his staff were very caring, patient and professional. Three months ago I had a mini facelift and liposuction. I could not be happier with the results &the great care that I received. My results look very natural and I feel more confident about my appearance. Everyone tells me that I look great and many of my friends are going to see Dr. Yco for the same procedures. His prices are very reasonable and he accepts Care Credit (with low interest rates & up to 5 yrs. financing). My only regret is that I didn’t do this before spending a small fortune on fillers over the past three years. I was able to stay alone and go back to work 5 days after my surgery. The after-​care was thorough and I saw Dr. Yco at each visit, unlike other doctors that I have heard about. Also, I had minimal bruising. If you have any doubts about Dr. Yco or the procedures, I have given the staff permission to have prospective patients call me.

I don’t think much of people who leave their health care choices to what their insurance company covers Patients need to be responsible for their own health and finances, and if a doctor chooses not to accept insurance, they can choose another doctor and/​or take it on their own initiative to find out what costs are involved. I actually prefer doctors who don’t accept insurance. They’re usually better qualified, practice from referrals only, and don’t care to wait 90 – 120 days to get paid IF they jump through the insurance company hoops AND cross all the «T“s. That’s for the young less experienced physicians.
Personally I really like Dr. Yco’s work. He’s been extremely thorough working on my lifelong nasal issues and has been one of the top three EENT docs who have dealt with them over 6+ decades. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment and if I needed an appointment quickly, his staff has called me immediately when a cancellation came up. He listens and his interest in my well being is obvious. Can’t ask for more…
