I purchased a Groupon for a microdermbrasion and I loved it! Simone is awesome and is super nice! I would totally recommend coming back, only thing I didn’t like is by the time I got back to the room it was 30 minutes after my set appointment time so just make sure you leave room in your schedule. Staff is very attentive and helpful, super nice and professional. I will definitely recommend.

I was having a great experience. I bought 3 dermabrasion on Groupon, and everybody was very nice. Until the day I forgot my neckless, someone called me to let me know that they have it and I can stop by anytime to take it back.
It was a neckless that my friends buy me before I left France to come in California. A beautiful very thin one in gold. I love it and it reminded me my friends.
When I came to get it, they couldn’t find it. I call 4 times and they started to act mean to me. Someone of the staff stole my neckless it’s a 350 Euro valuable and no body was concern! Even to give me apologies. I asked for an attestation that they lost it, so I could check with my insurance, they didn’t want it. And when I told them how much I was sad that’s not normal… Etc… Still no apologies or a free care or product… It’s been 6months now, and still when I think about my neckless I wanna cry, I wanna go there and tell them how mean they are to have done that. They think because I bought something on groupon and I am a student from France I can’t do something against them, and they are right.
If one day you see a member of the staff wearing a thin gold anchor neckless please post a comment on Unilocal,I will consult the page sometimes.

Had a microdermabrasion by Simone. My experience was amazing! The entire staff was super nice, accommodating, and style was more informative/​educational than sales-​y. My skin feels renewed and I will definitely be back again and again.

Love Love Love this place! I’ve done facials with Simone & Jamie… and both are great! I wear a lot of makeup for work, so my skin takes a beating. I really appreciate it when estheticians are thorough, knowledgeable, and understand what’s best for my skin. I’ve been fortunate enough to try a lot of different places, so I’m pretty particular about skin care… and I’m super happy to have found them!

I had a microdermabrasion facial with Claudette and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with her, relaxing, and having a nice, clean face at the end of the hour. The bed was comfortable, there was relaxing music, and the facial wasn’t painful or anything. When I walked out of the room, she had a glass of water waiting for me. I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the professional staff who used ipads for client intake, and being offered specials. There isn’t much more to say than to go see Claudette for a microdermabrasion facial and enjoy some «me time» at Image Spa MD.

Five big shiney stars. The staff is excellent, they answer the phone, and return phone calls promptly. I do recommend them without hesitation.
