Lori L. Arnold, M.D., grew up in Southern Europe, Northern Africa and South America and serves as a national and international educator, accomplished in both English and Spanish. With her language skills, she has a special interest in helping international patients that require third party reproduction such as IVF/​Surrogacy and IVF/​Donor Egg.

Dr. Arnold and her staff are amazing. There aren’t any other words. I am a donor at this facility and they keep good way h and take precautions. They don’t just rush you, they let you stay as long as you need to after procedures. They ate so friendly and never let you down. On time. No long waits. Great over all.

There aren’t enough stars to give to Dr. Arnold and her amazing staff at CACRM. After unexplained infertility, we went to Dr. Arnold to discuss the possibly of IVF. From the first consultation, we were treated almost like family. Every single person in the office was warm, kind, and genuinely cared about our fertility journey. For a few personal reasons, we decided to do pre-​implantation genetic screening. After the first two egg retrievals, we were unable to produce «normal» embryos. Dr. Arnold agreed to a third attempt, which is not typical protocol. She understood and respected our desire to try one last time. Finally, on the third retrieval we had 3 healthy embryos to transfer! We transferred two, and are now 10.5 weeks pregnant with healthy twin girls! Dr. Arnold is the best in the business. She is beyond professional, but more than that, she is caring and genuine.
The nursing staff was an added bonus during our 9 months at CACRM. Elina and Jannell were with us every step of the way, answering questions and never hesitating to help us with anything we needed. They really treated us like family, giving the best possible care throughout the process.
Anybody struggling with infertility should go straight to CACRM and Dr. Arnold. You will not be disappointed. Everybody at CACRM, from Dr. Arnold down to her office staff are truly amazing.

Dr. Arnold helped me have my 2nd child. I went to 2 other clinics and felt like I wasn’t a real person. Dr Arnold and her staff are superb. I highly recommend her. I have my little girl now and I can’t thank them enough.

Based on a friend’s referral, my husband and I met with Dr. Arnold about a year ago. We first tried IUI and it didn’t work. We then tried IVF and on the first try, we were able to conceive and I am now 16 weeks pregnant at age 40! I really enjoyed working with Dr. Arnold and the nurses that supported me throughout the process. They were warm and extremely positive and knowledgeable. It’s an emotional time with lots of uncertainty and I felt supported and loved. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold for those who haven’t been able to conceive naturally.
The insurance portion was confusing and we are still battling with our insurance company to get reimbursed for my husband’s portion of IVF. But my portion was automatically billed to our insurance and was covered. I’m not sure if this process can be improved by staff members.
I also highly recommend paying for genetic testing. It helped to rule out the bad embryos and only implant a healthy embryo.

Dr. Arnold was very approachable and held our hands throughout the whole experience. We have unexplained infertility, so we tried several approaches to conceive before IVF. Each time Dr. Arnold sat with us and explained our options and let us feel as though we were normal. She allowed us to go at our own pace and was very sensitive to the emotional aspect of what infertility can do to a couple. We moved forward with IVF and conceived on the first try. We are so grateful for the service that Dr. Arnold and her staff provided. We have a beautiful, healthy, happy baby boy. He is the light of our lives. We cannot express how thankful we are for the medical expertise Dr. Arnold provided to grant us our miracle.

Without getting into specifics, my case was a little unique and required a fair amount of coordination. Never once did I ever feel in the dark as to what was happening currently or what the next steps would be. I never felt like a number as the service I received was personal and caring. Dr Arnold is not going to sugar coat things for you and for that I was very grateful. Her staff was great and my IVF coordinators were terrific. I had a fair amount of things working against me in having another baby, but today my family is complete with the addition of our now 7 month old little girl. Thank you Dr Arnold and team!

Dr. Arnold and her staff is wonderful! Everyone makes you feel welcome right when you walk in the door. Dr. Arnold explains everything in a understanding manner. All the ladies are very gentle and very kind. Dr. Arnold is a hardworking she knows what she is doing and she gets the job done. Everytime I ask the staff if they are able to do something for me they get the job done. The ladies always answer my emails and questions just very professional great job ladies keep up the fantastic work!

Amazing experience, i owe my whole life to her. I am now a mother to an 8 year old boy and a girl that just turned 3. After over 5 years of infertility treatments and no hope, she went against the odds and bet that my body could make it happen. She was right and my life is now complete. The road traveled was far from easy or perfect but without her knowledge and expertise my life would still be childless.

Being a donor for Dr Lori Arnold twice was the greatest experience, recently having another cycle through a different office I realized what a difference in staff. Dr Arnolds office is so friendly and welcoming, not to mention so on top of if you need anything. They make you feel as if you are apart of a family not just the next one to come in. If I could recommend any of the 3 clinics I have been to this one would definitely be my first choice.

This office is a total nightmare. First, the insurance verification was completely incorrect. They told me I had infertility coverage, but failed to pick up that my insurance only covers $ 500/​yr, with a lifetime max of $ 2,000. That is basically like not having coverage for these extremely expensive treatments. Strike one.
I did complete one iui cycle here in January. When that didn’t work, I missed the next month because they closed their office for 2 weeks over Christmas without any notice. They didn’t even change their outgoing message so patients would know what to expect, and calls to the emergency pager number to request medication went ignored (no contact at all from 12/21/12−½/13). I finally reached them when I called on ½/​13. They said it was too late to begin January cycle, and to call back in a month. Strike two.
I probably should have gone to another doctor then, but I didn’t want to make an emotional decision, and decided to give them one more try. Then, they screwed up my scheduling for February’s cycle, and I was left to wait it out another month. I now lost 2 cycles in a row due to their poor office ettiquette. Strike three. No more!
I am going for a consultation with another office on Monday. This one offers treatment options on weekends & holidays, and they also give you a phone & email contact to get questions answered same day.
Infertility treatment is such a stressful and emotionally draining process. Your doctor’s office should be a support system to help you through it. Not cause you more problems and stress. Stay away from this place.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME FOR ANY WOMAN WITH A BIOLOGICAL CLOCK TICKING!!! After over a year of trying to conceive, I mistakenly decided to seek the help of Dr. Arnold in her Chula Vista office. I needed an in-​network DR close enough to my job for me to run out during lunch for the appts. (they only offer between 11 – 3 for new patients, which is RIDICULOUS for anyone who works, but at least i worked nearby enough to make this doable).
They promised to call me next day to try to fit me in that week, since my clock was ticking. but never called! when i called back myself the day after, they said i NOW had to wait 2 MONTHS to get my first appt!!! But since they were the only dr close to my job, i had no choice but to wait…
Then 2 months roll by, & they call me the DAY BEFORE my eagerly-​anticipated, long-​awaited appt to tell me that «Oh by the way» they MOVED TO ENCINITAS which is NOW AN HOUR AWAY! NICE TO LET ME KNOW 2 months ago???
I mean how COMPLETELY INCONSIDERATE & IRRESPONSIBLE are they to not bother to inform new clients they’re planning to move an hour away, new clients who have been waiting desperately for 2 months for a very time-​sensitive appt at a very specific location??? Do they really think working women can just skip out of work for these middle-​of-​the-​day-​only appts, to drive an hour drive each way, not including the visit time, and not get fired?! Now i have to start over finding a new doctor, which i could’ve seen 10 times during the last 2 months that I’ve been waiting for Dr. Lori Arnold to squeeze me in!
What it boils down to is — if they don’t have the courtesy to make a 5 second phone call to tell me they moved, then I shutter to think of what else they wouldn’t take the time to do for patients in their care! I have NEVER in MY LIFE been so upset & disgusted with a doctor’s office that calls themselves professionals! UN-​BE-​LIEV-​ABLE!!!

I have to be honest, she was direct, honest and told it like it was. I have to say I appreciated that. I was the problem and she had the solution. No way did I ever feel like I was the problem because she approched my wife and I with kind solutions. Thank you Dr. Arnold.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Arnold and her staff. I have been a donor 5 times. I’ve used Dr. A for both monitoring when I was working with a doctor out of state and also for a complete cycle. I would have to say my most pleasant cycle was with Dr. Arnold. I’ve had a record of not so pleasant retrievals and post op symptoms. My hormone levels can be all over the place. Dr. Arnold made it a point to monitor me closely and more regularly than normal to ensure that I would not Hyperstim.
Being in and out of fertility doctors office, I would have to say there is something extra warm and comforting about Dr. Arnold and her staff. Marlena (ivf coordinator) is extremely knowledgeable and never seemed burdened by my never ending questions. I was surprised how flexible they were with my busy schedule. All staff was sure to make me feel comfortable with using the medications and on procedure day they made sure I went in with peace of mind.
As for the negative comment above, maybe I’m old fashioned in the sense that I appreciate a smaller office. The attention, professionalism and experience from the staff was not lacking which tends to happen when you have large practices. I never felt that the staff was too busy dealing with other patients to meet my needs.
I would refer Dr. Arnold and CACRM to my closest friends and family.

«Oooo yeahhh ummm, I’m gonna have to go ahead and sort of disagree with you there.»
I didn’t feel ANY personal connection with the doctor or her staff. I got the impression that the receptionist was snooty and just doing her «job.» The doctor was more focused on her technical skill to engage in conversation; her personality a bit dry as well. After printing up images, she seemed more concerned with her equipment than my comfort.
This office is also small, from what I recall, there was enough seating for approximately 5 people… possibly indicative of the number of patients who come through the office. If that’s the case, I’d be inclined to some personal attention like she wanted me there.

A personal subject indeed, so please don’t mind if I skip the details. Just know that Dr Arnold and her team will treat you with true kindness, as well as incredible professionalism, and loaded with expertise. (And trust me, I have had experiences with other fertility doctors that may have been brilliant, but they didnt know me from the next patient, and certainly didnt care.)
