e3 Consulting provides specialized Academic Tutoring, Consultation, and Therapy for kindergarten through college students, while earnestly embodying the principles of EDUCATE, ENRICH, and EMPOWER. The core component of the practice is to provide consistent, first-​rate Academic Tutoring, Consultation, and Therapy for students and their families in an individualized, holistic approach to create healthy, happy young citizens. e3 employs a highly qualified staff of Academic Specialists, who provide unique approaches to teaching and learning which are customized for each student’s needs, goals, and interests. The e3 educators work to create a close-​knit, collaborative team with their clients’ parents, school teachers, school administrators, therapists, and pediatricians, as the e3 mission is to build up the child consistently on all fronts. Hayes believes that if a child is struggling with confidence or life dilemmas, he will not be able to attend and succeed to his greatest ability.

History

Established in 2011.

Rebecca Hayes successfully created, developed, and co-​owned Mindful Mentoring for seven years. Last August, Hayes’ passionate goals to truly construct and implement a community hub that will wholly support a family’s mind, body, and soul finally came to fruition with the development and launching of e3 Consulting.

Business Owner

Rebecca Hayes is originally from Pasadena CA. and moved to Rancho Santa Fe to attend Santa Fe Christian High. Hayes attended USD where she received her BA in Education, a teaching credential in Special Education, and her Character Ed Certificate. Hayes has comprehensive training and experience in working with children with special needs. She has taught ESL and has served as a reading specialist, behavior technician, and child advocate throughout the San Diego City Schools system. Additionally, she has actively served in both the private and public realms of education within the San Diego community. Hayes formerly owned and directed Mindful Mentoring for 7 years before founding and establishing e3 Consulting in August of 2011. She is highly committed to finding progressive and innovative techniques to meet and address the learning differences of each individual child. In her free time Rebecca can be found traveling to tropical destinations or taking ski trips, as she loves to be active.
