I don’t like to put five stars on much these days, but I have to say that the work done by Kelsay Investigations goes above and beyond. The surveillance assignments that I’ve had from them were much better than what I’ve had in the past from other P.I.‘s — no shaky camera or poor quality picture. They were very prompt in returning my calls and very professional in their business conduct, which is something I appreciate very much as an Insurance Agent.
