We’ve been seeing Dr. Forman for several years now and she continues to amaze us. Not only is she knowledgeable in her field but she is genuinely caring about her patients as people. Her entire staff emulates that same sense of caring for your overall well being. They provide you with treatment options and recommendations to assist you in the best course of action to take. Their follow-​up and superb patient-​care makes them a valuable resource for all your dentistry needs. We’re fortunate to have found them.

I woke up with a bad tooth ache when I was on vacation and by the time I have got home it has progressed to the worst pain of my life. I was unable to chew on the left side of my mouth and the headache it was causing was unbearable. Thank goodness for Dr. Forman, let me start out by saying I was actually referred to her by my dental insurance plan. I was skeptical at first because we have all had our bad times at the dentist and the position I was in I needed a miracle. When I called I was first greeted by Barbara and she was so caring she got me in that day. As I arrived I was greeted by Barbara and Tammy and they quickly got me seen. During the visit with Dr. Forman accompanied by Tammy, they were so gentle and caring. They made sure every step of my visit was delightful.
A day later Tammy called to check up on me to see how I was feeling and gave me some great advice for my surgical procedure coming up.
I am looking very forward to having Dr. Forman be my new dentist!

Dr. Forman replaced a front bridge for me, and it is fantastic. She is truly an artist who spent extra time making certain that the color match was perfect in ask toes of light.

Dr. Foreman is a really good dentist, and the staff is nice too. Shortly after moving to San Diego about ten years ago I broke a tooth on a Sunday (eating a grilled cheese sandwich of all things). I had not established a relationship with any dentist at that time, so I just called all of the dentists listed in the yellow pages (yes I had a paper yellow pages). She was the only one who called me back. She came in special in just about an hour and had a temporary repair done and my new crown ordered an hour after that. Her and her staff has been great ever since. They are really nice, take lots of insurance, and are very gentle. She is much better than my old dentist in LA. I have recommended her to all of our friends. She can do the teeth whitening and cosmetic stuff too … give her a try and I think you will really smile if you do!

Dr. Forman is terrific! I’ve been seeing her for over 10 years and she always makes me feel very comfortable. I even started taking my kids to her as soon as they were old enough. They love her, and Tammy and Lori too! They are all so sweet and gentle.
Tammy has the best «bedside manner,» especially with the kids. My daughter said she loves that she holds her hand if she’s feeling nervous. My 12-​year-​old just needed two baby teeth pulled and it was a piece of cake with Dr. Forman. My daughters like being able to watch Sponge Bob or a movie on the TV above them while their teeth are being worked on. Even at ages 12 & 15 they still love the treasure box too!
I even got my husband to go see Dr. Forman, and he hadn’t been to a dentist in over 20 years! Fortunately, he only had two small cavities, but Dr. Forman was able to put him right at ease. He’s even gone back several times now for elective work. We both like the way Dr. Forman explains everything in detail before she does any work.
Lori in the front office is great too. It’s so nice to be remembered when I call for an appointment, and she’s always willing to call the insurance company if we have any billign questions.
I highly recommend Dr. Forman and her staf!

I am an employee of Dr. Forman and wanted to share Dr. Forman’s work ethic. We are a small office and give personalized individual service. We do not book appts tight. Giving extra time for each patient. We do not give an upsell but instead try to give you knowledge about your teeth. We want you to leave feeling all your questions have been answered and you got excellent care. We utilize a intraoral camera which appears on the TV screen for you to see and welcome questions. We have digital exrays which diminish radiation and make your files portable. If you need them sent to someone else or yourself. It is as easy as sending an email. We stick to a strict guideline of sterilization providing you with closed system bottled water.
When I went to school I was told «Never work for anyone whom you wouldn’t want to work on your teeth». That is very important to me, and my entire family, husband and four children are patients.
We are a small office and enjoy getting to know our patients on a personnal level. That is one of the things I truley enjoy. If I can make the dental visit a pleasent one, I do try. I want patients to leave feeling they have gotten great compassionate care.
You can call anytime and get help with dental needs. We meet patients in the evening, and weekends for emergencies. We ALWAYS make ourselves available.
