Meet the Business Owner
Diana B.
Business Owner
After many years of pain, migraines and depression, Dr. Diana Benedek has overcome fibromyalgia by removing gluten, corn and soy from her diet. An incurable disease cured without medications and by just eliminating the allergens sounds too good to be true! but it is true and available to many as her story is just one of many.
Going gluten, corn and soy free was very difficult as most commercially available foods were not acceptable in both taste and content since most GF foods replaced the wheat by Corn! Corn is a grain that causes the same reactions as wheat in many people with gluten allergies and sensitivities, but unfortunately it is not well known.
So, Diana started cooking bread at home and figured out that the way she could show her gratitude for being healthy again was to share her gluten corn and soy free recipes and teach people how to recognize the food allergy symptoms and how to live with them more easily by eating delicious, healthy food.
