HORRIBLE service. always out of something (milkshakes, sprite, dressings) but they never tell you until you arrive at the window and aren’t greeted for at least 5 – 10 minutes. every time i’ve gone through the drive through i hope to have a better experience– just never happens. will not go back to this location unless it is the only place open for 50 miles.

horrible service, they are slow moving, they talk and joke around more then dealing with customers. one time waited ½ hr in the drive through for my order just to have them tell me they didn’t have apple pie in my order. they need to evaluate all their workers again and hire people that is willing to take the job seriously.

These guys just reopened after a ground up rebuild. Terrible service from some of their staff. Ordered a light and sweet coffee. Girl gave me a stack of sugar packets and i asked if there was sugar already added. Lying to my face she says «yes.» Drove 30 minutes to my work by the time i got to work coffee was too cold to effectively melt the coffee. Very peeved.
Did get better service a few days later.

McDonald’s is just one of those fast food chains that stopped caring about certain markets. NY is one of those markets. I have been to McDonald’s down south as far as Florida and as far out as Vegas and in those markets you get what you see on T.V. in quality and freshness.
Mind you this is one company that delivers the same product to all their restaurants, so it makes you wonder whats going on in each one to make them as bad as they are. Some of them are ultra salty while others are super greasy. And please don’t get me started on whats really inside each of their products.
lol you get what you pay for IMO. Some people fall prey to their ad’s and how heavy it’s pushed through the media. Sorry but when it’s the truth it is what it is.

this is biggest McDonalds in the area.
they always accept coupons.
gets very crowded on weekends.
one of the better branch.
usually everyone order off the dollar menu.
very popular with teens.
