Dunkin’ Donuts

The Baskin here is fine, as is the service.

This establishment does not deserve one star. It truly deserves zero stars! One Tuesday, my coworker and I stopped by here to get sundaes. There is a promotion going on which us buy one sundae and you get one free. This new worker totally screwed up my order. I specifically said I wanted two scoops of ice cream and pointed to the cup and he still got it wrong. He was also cheap with the tops. We go to heated of explaining ourselves to we just left. Oh and as we were there a man with his kids came in to yell at him because he bought a sundae and didn’t get another sundae. Then this idiot worker proceeds to hand him this small cup with some old purple ice cream in the cup that was already in the ice cream case. It looked like someone ordered the ice cream and change their mind and these idiots decided to leave it in the ice cream case to serve someone else. I’m all about saving money but that’s just GROSS!!! Stay away from this store or you might end up sick!

Was in the neighborhood, needed carbs. Oh look! A crackhead standing in front of a Sunken Doughnuts !!!
I asked for a sesame seed bagel with lite cream cheese (fat free), lightly toasted:
*I’m given a lenders supermarket quality bagel with a embarrassingly small portion of cream cheese.
The cream cheese here is also supermarket. Staff is not inclined to make their own or provide healthy options in «da hood» apparently.
Note:
As I’m standing there, a customer orders $ 2.00 worth of food, hands staff $ 10.00, gets back 18 cents. He alerts her of her error & she walks away as he has to now wait until the register opens.
Verdict:
This establishment is congruent with it’s surroundings.

The receipt offers take a survey and you will get a code for a coupon for your next visit. So I take the survey and get the code and this Dunkin Donuts wouldn’t honor it! It was to buy a medium drink and get a 3oz Baskin Robbins ice cream free. They told me that instead of the ice cream, they would offer me a donut. Ummm… hello. the coupon clearly says an ice cream! Their customer service really bugged me!

i love this place, everytime i visit my grandmother, i stop by and grab a nice green tea and and a pastry. very quiet and quick to order. not to mention the ice cream shakes come summer.

The service here sucks! They need to learn that if you’re taking my money, and no one else is around ordering anything, it is NOT ok to take 15 minutes to butter a bagel. I am in a hurry when I come in here, I am going to work… I do not need you to waste my time! Why can’t there be a regular bagel place in the area?

I recently got 4 donuts from this place. I’m a thin guy and was going to eat all in one sitting but it seems the Gods up above want me to stay thin. These donuts were horrible I had to throw them away.
It seems they aren’t busy and that they hang onto the donuts a little too long. Buyers beware if you really want a donut this place isn’t for you
