This is in an out-of-the way corner of the mall and their food turnover is not what it should be. I bought a breakfast sandwich and it tasted like the food had spoiled. Luckily, the coffee was fine.

I am a coupon obsessed person. And I hit up two Dunkin Donuts on my way home to get donuts and sandwiches. At this particular location, I got half a dozen for 2.99(I believe). Not only was there selection significantly smaller than the one in Rego park(didn’t have chocolate crème, one of my favorites), the donuts were small, almost dried and shriveled up. Biting into one, it felt stale and didn’t have that soft bite where it collapses when you bite into it. Damn, not even worth it if it were free! I rather hit up my local Stop and Shop and get a big, fresh donut(they bake them every morning, and by early evening are either gone or dumped) for .69 cents. Also, the cashiers don’t know how to be patient or coordinate with their other coworkers. One guy was ringing up my order, and told me the price. I nodded and was getting my card from my wallet, when another girl was asking me which 6 donuts I wanted. It’s a small space — he and the girl were basically side by side. So I’m telling what donuts I want, and the guy is telling me again how much it costs, waiting for me to pay. At that point, I told him«I’m telling her which donuts to get» and then he waited. Are you an idiot or something? I’m not trying to run out on you without paying. There wasn’t a long line behind me. I think someone came in after I had paid and was walking out. Even if I was holding up an imaginary line, there was another register. I’m accustomed to the cashier who rings up the transaction usually takes your order. So either I pay before or after, but they get the food, so there isn’t an overlap or any confusion. It’s stupid for one person demanding payment as another worker is trying to fulfill the order, and you have three people talking over one another. Get organized. And throw out your donuts if you can’t sell them the first day.

Small location in the mall. No place to sit. The food is generally good. However they sometimes skimp on the hash browns. Check your bag next time.

Everything you expect about a Dunkin in a tiny package. They’ve never gotten my order wrong. I just feel bad for the staff because the space is very small and there are usually at least three of them in there. I guess that’s good for the customer because the line is never too long even on busy weekends.

As far as Dunkin Donuts goes, this one is extremely good. Just a small kiosk in the Queens Plaza Mall but probably the best thing about this one is the customer service — plenty of Dunkin Donuts have mediocre service at best but this one has very friendly staff who get you your coffee, etc. quickly and with alot of friendliness. Unlike another DD that I’ve been to(and reviewed on here) they get the order correct haha… if you are stopping in at Target or walking down Queens Blvd and need a good cup of coffee, please skip Starbucks and get a fresh cup here.
