I have never been compelled to write a review before, however, this incident made my blood boil… I spend around $ 120 a month on dry cleaning at this place and have never returned anything even though I have, on occasion received clothes with my dogs hair still on them. Anyway, three weeks ago I picked up my cleaning and when I was putting everything do away, I noticed a pair of my pants had a stain on them. I returned to the cleaners and showed them the stain, they were more than happy to re-clean. I picked up the pants the next week. As I dressed for work last week I noticed a small slice/cut on the front of my pants as I put them on. I returned to the cleaners today to have them repair the pants and they flat out said they would not because they didn’t do it. The pants clearly hadn’t been worn but because I took off the dry clean tag(because I put them in to go work!) they said they were not responsible. Needless to say, I’m taking my dry cleaning somewhere else!!!

Don’t use this cleaner! I took an expensive pair of curtains/drapes in to be dry cleaned and they shrunk them by 8 inches. They tried to «stretch» them to repair this and, when it didn’t work, they refused to compensate me and would not even reimburse me the $ 30 I paid them to essentially ruin my curtains. They actually made me pay for the dry cleaning up front which I have never heard of before.
