History

Established in 1972.

Stebnitz Builders was founded originally by Stanley Stebnitz. His three sons, Dave, Gary and Dan grew up working for Dad and eventually purchased the growing business in 1985. They grew the company even more and eventually Gary sold his share in 2004. In 2009 Dave sold his share to his son Chris. This would make this the third generation of the Stebnitz Family carrying on a tradtion of serving our clientele through the remodeling experience. Dan and Chris really enjoy the work and seeing the smiles on our happy clients faces.

I am proud to be a third-​generation owner of the company my grandfather started and my father and uncles

grew.

Stebnitz Builders is a full-​service residential remodeling and design firm in the greater Walworth County Area. Our focus is to be the very best listening company, translating into a wonderful experience for our clients and a project of the highest caliber.

In 2009, Stebnitz Builders was ranked #69 in the nation and #3 in WI for full-​service remodeling contractors by Remodeling Magazine and voted #1 remodeler in Walworth County every year the program ran.

My favorite aspect of Stebnitz Builders is that it allows me to excel in the areas I enjoy — Listening, Client Relations, Marketing, Branding and Networking.

I am a father of three great boys and a husband to my wife and best friend, Jill, for 17 years (2012). My free time is spent coaching youth sports, serving on the board of directors for the United Way of Walworth County and playing saxophone in our church band.
